Vrchat crashing saying I have no memory when I have plenty.
My vrchat has been crashing a lot recently saying I have no memory for the game when I have over 200GB free of storage. I've restarted the headset fully, cleared all cache in the game and nothing has worked, I really don't wanna have to factory reset it just yet incase there is another way I can fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Unable to purchase games
I've been trying to purchase a game on the Meta quest store for quite a while now using various methods. I've made new accounts to gift the game to my main, I've used quest cash, I've used different devices, yet I'm always met with this message. "Request Not Completed, We noticed something unusual, and for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please try again later, or visit our help center." Please help!!!
Meta Horizon App ISSUE
There are 2 accounts on my Meta Horizon App both are using the exact same app/ the same version of the app (as noted above) One account (My Account) if you click quests and rewards you see 2 tabs (Rewards Hub & Available Quests) The other account has 3!?! If you click quests and rewards you see 3 tabs (Rewards Hub & Available Quests & the the one I don’t have “World Rewards”) how is this possible and how do I get access to the world rewards tab? (Also plz look at my post about the missing horizon plus exclusive rewards tab missing as well as that is a more important issue being an unincluded paid feature)Meta Quest is stuck in an update pop up and the Menu won't open no matter what.

Device Info: Serial Number:1WMHHA63LJ2116 Boot Slot:A Secure Boot:Yes Lock State:Locked Build Variant: User Model Revision: Hollywood (DVT) RAM Size (MB):6093 (3 Partitions) Description: I remember it happening around the late night on the 6th of December 2025. I was inside of VRChat at the time, when my headset suddenly reset and booted back up with an update. I spawn in the Horizon Central Environment, It showed me this "Welcome To Passthrough" popup, I click through the pages and close it, but then I realize I can't open my menu, and the popup from before, it just keeps showing up again. I also notice that when I go to the Power Down Menu, I can see a portal and a mirror that don't show up with the "Welcome To Passthrough" section. I don't know if anyone else is having such an issue, then, or now. I have Tried a Couple Troubleshooting methods to get out of this, but to no avail. Hold the power button for about a minute. Hold The Power Button and the Volume Down Button and Select Boot Device. All I want to do is get my device out of this infinite loop.
Gifted a game to a friend, he accepted it, but it does not allow him to download the game.
As the title says, I gifted my friend Deadly Delivery on the Meta Quest store, and although I got the email that he accepted it and can see on the store page that he owns it, the game won't appear on his library nor does it allow him to download it from the store page. Instead the game appears with the price greyed out. If he tries to install the game through the phone app, nothing happens when tapping "Install on headset". He doesn't play a lot of VR, but I've never had an issue with gifting a game before.
