I got an email from meta saying that a child under the age of 13 is using my headset (i made another account for my little sister) and that it will suspend my account on June 21 2026 if I don’t confirm my age. However, I am older than 13 (my sister isnt and we used her number to sign it up) and I tried to confirm my age but the link just puts me on a page to sign in and when I do it doesn't let me do anything but change my language? Please help me. Meta arranged a replacement for my Quest 3, and I received a refurbished device. I followed the setup instructions you provided, but the controllers showed an error and I could not proceed with the setup. I contacted support about this issue. The chat support team told me the controllers were defective, but the email support team told me the headset was defective, so I was not sure what the actual cause was. Because of that, I sent back the headset and both controllers together. I clearly informed support that I shipped the headset and both controllers together, and I also provided the controller serial numbers and the shipping documents. However, today I only received one controller back. Also, the Quest 3 headset I received is still in the exact same defective condition as before. I have already tried a factory reset, and I also tried holding down the controller buttons to pair them again, but I still get the same error and cannot proceed with setup. I have already followed all the troubleshooting steps, but the problem has not been fixed. I do not know what else I can do. I am trying to log in to the Oculus App on my PC, I have plugged in my headset, I clicked 'Continue with Facebook', then the next screen tells me to: 'Continue in Your Browser. To confirm your Facebook login, please switch to your default web browser now. The confirmation process may take a few seconds to complete'. I have opened every web browser on my computer, logged into my facebook account on each browser, turned firewalls off, and nothing happens / no confirmation occurs. Because meta support won't admit this is a recurring problem, they never tell you the fix. If the headset that is "not charging" shows the battery icon with 4 dots and the 0% text, unplug the charger, attempt to turn on the headset, doing so will finally completely drain the battery. Once the battery is fully drained you can plug the charger back in, the screen should show a battery icon with a lightning bolt in it, completely unique from the normal charging screen. From here the headset should charge normally. This issue is happening because something with the firmware updates has caused a bug where the light sensor randomly decides its going to permanently stay on but also drain an immense amount of power. When the headset dies completely it acts as a hard reset and the sensors are forced off properly. Hopefully this helps someone else out. Brand new quest 3 just arrived, configured an everything was doing pretty well. Was just logging into a game when all tracking just stopped working, a window saying "Tracking lost" showed up, but I couldn't click anything since the controllers stopped working too, hand tracking also wasnt working. I tried cleaning up the cameras with a very soft towel, tried rebooting, resetting to factory settings, everything I could. The screen is either completely black, black with a dot or on the starting screen asking to turn on the controllers, but the screen just moves randomly and isn't following the headset movements at all. There is a white dot blinking on the left controller and they keep vibrating every few seconds.

After the events of a couple of months ago when meta announced that they were going to pull back on horizon world and then deciding not to, I thought we might be ok. Yesterday day I heard just the opposite again and that quest headsets will no longer be able to access worlds.
