Problem installing Meta Horizon.
I recently bought my Meta Quest 3s. I had the Meta Quest 2 a few years ago and didn't have this problem. The problem is the installation of the Meta Horizon software to connect to the PC. When I run the setup, it installs normally, but after the installation and execution of the program, it performs a program integrity check. Then a "VR downloads" window starts opening (asking to select the default installation location for purchases). However, it closes immediately afterward and keeps opening and closing constantly. Then the integrity check finishes, and it gives an error message: "service link inaccessible". However, the "VR downloads" window continues to open and close on its own. Even after restarting the PC, the first thing the PC does, even before running the "Meta Horizon" app, is open the "VR downloads" window. The only way to stop this window from opening is by uninstalling Meta Horizon. I've tried everything: repairing the program, installing it on another hard drive, restarting the PC. I tried opening a support ticket with Meta. However, even after providing my device's serial number, the system itself claims that it cannot provide support for this device.

Do you know what this super long image is? This is the list when I sort by "Newest" in "Brawse All Games" on Meta Horizon App. This is sooooooooooooooooooooooo bad it brings tears to my eyes. I have to scroll and load over 20 times to reach the actual newest game (red circle one)!!! 🤪 This isn't because there are a ton of crappy gorilla games, but because it shows even unreleased games. Meta devs, ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Have you never considered usability? Someone might say, why not just look at "New Releases" section? Unfortunately, there are many new games that aren't displayed in "New Releases" section. Not only crappy gorilla games. Even properly made games don't show up!!! 👿 What a terrible store. Meta, display new games in New Release section!!! Even if game devs put in a lot of effort to create their game, if it's not listed in New Release section, it's less likely to be seen by people who don't know about the game. This means lower sales. If there is no profit, developers will leave. And lower sales means lower revenues for Meta. Who exactly is this store made for? Coming soon & Pre-order games have their own section. "Newest" in "Brawse All Games" should only show games that have been released. If there are far more games being released than there are now, are you going to make us scroll 100 times to check new games? 🤨 And when Meta fix broken search function? The store's bad usability and glitches have been pointed out countless times since old days. What on earth are Meta devs doing? It seems like they're reducing game sales and Meta's profits by broken store. Before selling hardware at a huge loss, why not try building a great store?
Worlds horizon is « unavailable » but I live in France ! Heeeelp
I bought my brand new meta quest 3 and I suddenly don’t find worlds available for the download. I used my meta profil in another meta quest 3 headset a couple of weeks ago but I wasn’t the owner of that headset, but worlds worked just fine. I haven’t been banned or anything. I just can’t download it on my meta quest as if it wasn’t supported but I live in France and it’s on the supported counties list ! What can I do ??
Create Horizon Worlds For Steam
Hi, I just think it would be awesome if Horizon worlds could be a platform for all VR headsets - So if you have a Pico or a Index, you could still be social with the quest users. Its really that simple - A dedicated app for standalone competitors could be a good look from Meta and they could possition them selves as inclusive and grow their meta world, to beceome the dominant go to for all VR.
