PC not meating the requirements, even though the PC is strong enough to easily handle VR.
Hi, My meta quest link app always says that my PC doesnt meet the requirements, even though I just bought a new PC. Here are the specs: GEFORCE RTX 5060 AMD 7 5700X 32GB of RAM 1TB storage. My older PC had a 1660 super in there and I never had that message pop up wich is strange, because you would think that the new PC would handle VR even better, but I have been getting quest link issues, like not connecting to my PC, even tough my quest is connected with a link cable. If anyone knows how to fix this issue that would help me out a lot! Thank you!
Meta Link/Wireless Link | Microphone level stuck at 50% on PC
My Quest 3 Mic works completely fine in headset native games, I cannot get it to work via Meta Link. I have tried reinstalling and repairing the Meta Link app, go through windows registries and reset tons of audio components and nothing has seemed to work. The Oculus Virtual Audio Device is listed in my devices and is not disabled, and its stuck at 50% audio level. I have also used a Rift S under the same Oculus Virtual Audio Device input when connected to the PC in the past. Since then I removed it as a device, and tried to delete any files that might be under Rift S. What could be the problem?
Quest Link desktop "blocked"
I have a Quest 3. My son has a computer. He wants to use Link to play PC games. Attempting to login to the desktop Link app with his account results in an error saying something like no permission or unauthorized or something. When I login with my account on Link it lets me do so, but then attempting to link via his account on the Quest 3 headset results in a message stating "blocked" or similar and prompts that the parent can update his account to enable Link access. There is no such menu option in Family center to enable linking. Additionally, when not connected to his PC, while logged in through his Meta account, going to settings > Link and attempting to enable results in the same message; something about it being blocked Where can I enable my son's meta account to connect via Link. Currently he cannot connect to his PC with the Quest 3, unless he uses my meta account on both the headset and the desktop software. I see no option in the family center to enable Link
Meta Quest Link PC SSL and Proxy

my meta quest link refuses to start
ive already tried restarting my computer, but it still gives me this prompt. i have no third party softwares and ive tried reinstalling the app 17 times. ive deleted the oculus setup files in the background of the screenshots but it still refuses to start installing. ive browsed the forum already and this is a common issue. does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?Quest Link & PCVR: support for AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 & AMD Radeon 8060S in Quest Link
Is there any plan to support AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 & AMD Radeon 8060S in terms of Meta Quest Link? It looks like this APU offers great perormance and a lot of VRAM available. This could lead to be great candidate to run VR games with the great experience in PCVR ecosystem.
Quest Link software stuck on gray screen
Title says it all. Been using a Rift S for a long time now and its served well other than the occasional hiccup here and there. However, I have been locked out of using my Rift S because every time I start up the Link software it gets stuck on a blank gray screen and nothing helps it. Repairing the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting the pc, everything. Nothing works and it just happened out of the blue. Two days ago I was playing VTOL VR perfectly fine and now I can't even boot up the software let along actually get the headset to work. Meta support has basically told me to shove it as none of their "help links" work, and the site doesn't recognize Rift serial numbers so I'm dead in the water here and cant afford to spend another few hundred dollars on a new headset. Can someone PLEASE help fix this issue?
