I'm having this same issue as this other thread, but it only happens at random, I'd like to follow these steps on that thread, but I'm scared of losing all my stuff in all my games.

Meta Quest 3: Low Memory Error
Hello everyone, I know a lot of people have had this problem but I can't seem to find a solution, it happens to me more often when playing Blade & Sorcery: Nomad but it will just randomly crash saying "Low Memory". Was trying to play it last night but crashed about 3 times within about 5 minutes of each other every time.

Arizona sunshine 2 quest 3 low memory crash since march update
Hi All, Since I updated arizona sunshine 2 I now get low memory error and it crashes. I noticed during the update that I had to delete some programs because the app has gone from 12.5 gb to 25gb. Was there a high texture pack upgrade? Because it looks like the quest 3 can't handle it. Please advise how to roll back so I can finally finish this awesome game. Awaiting your reply.

"Not enough memory to run (game)"
When im playing games they crash and a pop up appears saying "not enough memory to run (Game)". So far this has happened in into the radius and blade and sorcery nomad, but i haven't played much of anything else recently. I have about 30 gb of storage left, so i don't know how to fix it or if its even a bug.
