Is it possible to win the competition with games that were already published or created beforehand?
Hello everyone, I have a question about the last competition that Horizon Worlds held, Meta Horizon “Creator Competition: Mobile Genre Showdown - Reloaded.” I’ve been looking through people’s projects to decide which one to vote for, and I noticed that some of them were created before the competition even started. I’ve even seen some partners who have submitted games that they had already made or started beforehand, which I don’t quite understand, especially considering they’re partners. I’d like to know if it was allowed to submit games that we had already started before the competition was launched? I assume that shouldn’t be allowed, but since I’ve seen Partners and Members submit games that were created months earlier, I need to know if those games are still eligible to win prizes. Missing avatar bottoms template
I was working on a design for a pair of avatar shorts. In the recent update to the avatar Bottoms templates, the template I was using is no longer listed as a bottom. Can you add it back, please? WORLD CRASHES AND PURPLE AVATARS? FIX?
Will we get this fixed soon? If you put on newer avatar items made within the last week you remain dots/purple to fix this for now you just need to swap into some older clothing 1-2 weeks old and in most cases, it will make you visible again. Hopefully meta handles that soon. Then we also still have worlds crashing every 30 minutes or so still (been well over a month now) and everything has been extremely glitched out. With the new engine being worked on and meta pushing mobile gaming heavily right now I feel we will be suffering on the VR side for months to come until this new system is running!Solved21Views0likes1Comment
MHCP Vs. MHCP Confusion
Has no one yet pointed out how totally confusing it is that theres a Meta Horizon Creator Program and a Meta Horizon Creator Partners program, and they both get referred to as MHCP in different places, where one has a Discord server and one doesnt; and you apply to join one or the other seperately. I've only just begun to figure out, but a clearer distinction between the two would definitely be helpful. Good morning! I've been having this issue multiple times for the past weeks where I open Horizon Worlds Desktop Editor and this error pops up: "Something went wrong, please restart the application or try again" However, this time started yesterday afternoon and it's still happening. With the MHCP deadline so close I'm afraid I might not be able to publish the game in time. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?
