Need Assistance Resetting 2FA Phone Number - No Longer Have Access
Hello, I work for an educational institution, and we recently lost the phone number used to engage in 2FA. Is there a way to contact support or change the phone number associated with the 24 headsets in our fleet? We are unable to log into the accounts since we need the 2FA to log in. New drivers are required for Meta Quest Link
I've updated to the latest, non-beta for both the newly named 'Meta Horizon Link' software as well as the Quest 2 now on v83.0. The Meta Horizon Link software doesn't seem quite finished and ready for prime time. I have a persistent beam across the top of the app stating "New drivers are required for Meta Quest Link. Update now" - When I click "Update now", the app shuts but nothing more happens. I've waited several minutes thinking it might be doing something silently - it isn't. I then reopen the app which is a preceded by a 'Repair' screen. Getting back into the app, I see that same "Update now" button, click it but now it fails because the required services were stopped in the previous attempt. I restart the services and then the app, click the "Update now" button and we're back to point 1 with it closing the app and nothing happening. I've tried completely removing the app and its registry amends using Revo Uninstaller so I can completely start with a clean slate and the issue persists after a reset and re-installation. Is there a download url to the most recent link driver outside of the app available? Or is this a false notification due to a naming mismatch between the link driver and the newly named Horizon Link software? Many thanks in advance.
Quest 3 beeping constantly when the charge on my Elite Strap with Battery runs out?
As in the title, when it still has around 100% charge left on its own battery, my Quest 3 keeps giving intermittent notifications, presumably because the charge on my ES with B's charge has run down to 0%. I've tried disabling the notifications I can find in the Quest 3 settings, but the only way I've found of shutting it up, so far, is to physically disconnect the headstrap from it. This can't be the best way to do it, surely? Cheers in advance for any help.Help With PIN
Hey, I’m asking for help with the PIN feature on my meta quest 2. I had it in use then when taken off and set on a table for a minute to tend to other matters and returning it asked me for a pin and I was never aware of making one. So I turned it off and reset it and it was still there, then I tried resetting the PIN and my password which I found was different from the pin. I ended up factory resetting it from the site showing my devices then tried to get back on and the pin feature was still there. I tried to reset it on the headset manually and it says no command. I’ve now left it alone for some weeks hoping it would return to normal and it hasn’t. It’s still asking for a pin showing my account even though it’s factory reseted. I'm wondering if this is a visual bug or an actual issue because it happens instantly Sometimes this doesnt happen so im just confused on what is causing this I'll unplug it after it says 100% and instantly plug it back in to test it and its just straight to the 20's
idk what’s wrong with my headset quest 2 problem
I bought this head set quest 2 for 250 and when I first got it it worked normally but after a year it stop working like a normal headset and when I want to turn it on I have to plug the headset in then it starts blinking red and I have to hold down the power button and both volume button for it to work and it keeps doing it over and over and when I do this it takes me to the low battery red big box or something and then I have to do the same thing and after that then it tells me it’s died but it’s not cause when I keep doing it over and over it works but even if I leave it charging and I wake up it blinking red and won’t start if I don’t do all the steps I have to do to make it work and idk if it’s an issue with you guys but for me it annoys me and I feel like to not working and what I was wishing for is a refund or a new headset 2 no controllers needed and the rubber that goes on it when I put it on the headset goes black then when I take it off it turns on and the face plate also broken the top strap thing that hold the headset with the little black line holding broke and that’s really it thank you for reading this took long and god bless you.Unable to join try again later.
I was hoping to get some help with an issue on meta quest 2. When I have the headset on the screen is fuzzy and I can only see the room. Home Screen is not loading , screen with both controllers showing for a few seconds then disappearing. I have done a factory reboot and still having the same issues. Has anyone else experienced this and knows how to fix. Thanks
