Lost all purchased apps after upgrading from Quest 2 to Quest 3 — purchase history missing
Hello, I’m having a serious issue with my Meta account and I hope someone from support can help. What happened: I previously owned a Quest 2 (around 2022) and I had three or more paid apps installed on it. (Beat Saber, LesMills, Population: One...) I recently bought a Quest 3 (2025), logged in with what I believe is the same account, and noticed that: My Library is completely empty I cannot reinstall any of my previous apps The Purchase History says I have no purchases, which is incorrect Even apps I 100% bought in the past do not appear as “Owned” Important detail: The apps were definitely purchased, not free trials or demos. What I’ve checked: I made sure I’m using the same Meta account I used on the Quest 2 I checked the Meta app → Menu → Settings → Purchase History, and it’s empty I rebooted and synced the headset I checked for multiple accounts (Meta / Facebook / Oculus) My old Oculus account was migrated properly to a Meta Account in 2023 which is this one Possible causes I’m worried about: Whether my purchases are stuck on an older identity or unlinkable profile Whether something went wrong during the migration period What I need: I would appreciate help from support to Verify which purchases are attached to my account Recover my missing Quest app licenses if possible Confirm whether a migration issue may have caused my purchases to disappear I can provide: The email of my account Serial numbers (Quest 2 and Quest 3) Dates / approximate time of purchases Any additional information needed Thank you in advance. Seriously—there’s now a dedicated “TV” app with a movie section, including a couple of 3D trailers for Avatar, yet there’s no section for 3D movies at all. What kind of dropped ball is this? I should be able to open that app, select 3D movies as a main option, and watch The Super Mario Bros. Movie in 3D on my Quest 3. I’m dealing with a persistent issue with one of the games on my Meta Quest account – The Walking Dead. When I click the “Więcej” (“More”) button, the key icon that should allow me to redeem the full game code simply doesn’t appear. I’ve already provided clear evidence in my native language UI to Meta Support, but they are not cooperating or offering a solution. I’m requesting that my demo account be cleared or that the cached data marking the demo as “played” be removed. This problem has been reported by other users on Reddit, yet it still hasn’t been addressed by Meta. So I bought this Maestro game as a gift and did everything the same like I have done quite a few times before with games I bought as a gift and haven't had an issue till now. I bought the game and it shows up under my purchases and I can click on order details which gives me basic info on the purchase. However the recipient did not receive the gift and I have not received an email for the confirmation of the purchase like I have every other time I got a game as a gift. I tried to refund the game but haven't had any luck because it keeps telling me in red no device is associated with my account. It has also told me the game isn't eligible for a refund because it doesn't meet the requirements or something for an automatic refund I guess. Everything I have done and tried takes me back around in the same circle. I need a phone number I can call to talk to someone or an email to get into contact with someone that can help me. Heck I'll even take a live chat. Right now Meta has ripped me off. All I want is the game to go through as a gift like every other one I got has and I don't want to buy another one because I don't want ripped off again. We're coming up on a year and we still don't have an official way to view and sort the Quest Achievements that we put forth effort unlocking in our massive VR libraries. Developers continue to include them in games as they know it yields extended play sessions and even users revisiting their games to experience every ounce of the hard work they put into their projects. Currently we can only view them in a recently unlocked list in the Meta Horizon Mobile App, and external websites created by Quest users (which are the most useful way at the moment). People didn't even realize Achievements existed because it was hidden in the Scoreboards App, and users hoped for integration into the Profile itself, similar to Steam, Xbox, and PS. Instead, we were left with a misunderstanding of how important Achievements are to the Quest ecosystem. At the very least, could we please get a way to filter by game/in-progress/completed in the Horizon Mobile App? We would love to see them in-headset eventually, but even a small step forward would revitalize our play sessions. 🙏698Views3likes4CommentsHyperscape floor level and navigation issues
I did my first capture today and while visually it turned out well, when I was viewing it after processing I was stuck maybe a foot above the ground and I couldn't teleport anywhere (I walked around about 12 ft x 12 ft area to capture the place). When I first heard I thought it was cool that I can share my games and apps with my family but it doesn’t wanna work they way I expected it to. I was really hoping it will be like apple family where you can share from multiple devices but instead you can only have one device, why can’t we share apps and games from multiple devices that would be such an amazing feature to have on all the meta quests can we please add this feature in the future.16Views0likes1Comment
