Apps Not Downloading
I am having a major issue where none of the apps or updates on my Quest 3S are installing. Every download just says Queued or Installing indefinitely and never completes. This is happening for both new app downloads and updates for apps I already have. Device: Meta Quest 3S Software Version: 83v Troubleshooting I’ve already tried: Restarting the headset multiple times. Turning Wi-Fi off and back on. Canceling and restarting the downloads. Checking for enough storage space Is there a known fix that doesn't require a factory reset? Thanks for the help!

I recently just bought the game after watching The Walking Dead, one of my now new favorite shows. I was very excited to play the game, as it downloaded pretty quickly. I decided I should play the tutorial, so I did, and I got through with no issues whatsoever. Until I actually started the game. The game opens up with a scene with an old man and a campfire. He says his lines, but then the game crashes. At first, I though it was part of the game, since it was just a black screen, but I realized the game was no longer running. I tried it a few more times, and decided to look it up. I see a lot of people who have the same issue I’m having, but none are getting any help. I decided that I’d just uninstall the game, wait a little bit, and reinstall it. After it was done, I got back in, and it happened once more. I uninstalled, this time, RESTARTED my headset. I reinstalled it afterwards, and the issue persisted. I’m lost. I’m sure I’m missing something, but I don't have a clue on what it is. I spent over $30 on a game based on a show I love, and am not willing to give it up. Please help!I bought a Meta quest 3s but apparently I don't get the free Batman game?
So I got a Meta quest 3s because I was very excited to get the free Batman game with it. But apparently I am not eligible even tho I paid the same price and bought it this Friday 14th Nov 2025 from Best Buy, Canada just because my box is missing a tiny logo. Is the game something I can still get or not? Hello! Last night, I was quietly browsing the Meta Horizon store on my Meta Quest 3S when I noticed something strange about my controllers. Basically, when I held down the B or Y buttons, a kind of “autoclicker” or repeated clicks were activated and my controller wouldn't stop vibrating. I have already reported this issue to the Meta team via my VR, but I wanted to share my experience with the community and make sure whether this is a bug or a problem with my controllers. However, this only happens in the menu of my Meta Quest 3S and not in games. For example, in the feed, settings, or browser.
How do I stop apps in library auto downloading?
I redeemed a bunch of games from horizon+ and now they are constantly trying to auto install, even after i remove them from my library and cancel the download. I redeemed them from the phone app and thats where the issue started I think. Any tips please, this is really annoying. It takes up all my space and ruins my internet speed :(

Hey meta quest if you do see this i havent been able to buy anything it always says this, "We noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request could not be completed. Please try again or try again later, or visit the Help Center." Can you pls help been a problem for years im pretty sure. Thanks, Rory.
