Using Quest 3S with Quest Pro Controllers
So, recently I had purchased a quest 3S. The headset is great and I've been having no problems with it aside for the fact that I can't seem to pair my quest pro controllers with it. When will the pro controllers become compatible with the 3S so I can stop using my Quest 2 to maximize the 150 dollar purchase I made on top of buying a new headset?9.7KViews9likes33CommentsInternet Issue > Wi-fi Connected But Not Internet

My Q3 was linking fine to my PC this afternoon, then literally an hour or two later, will not link. I'm using a usb 3.0 cable, it is in a USB 3 port, power management of USB port is set correctly. I get a notification saying 'Meta Quest Link isn't working correctly. Click here to check our support article'. There is no support article. I have restarted the headset and PC, repaired the Horizon app, logged out and back into the Horizon app, restarted the OVR service and I still can't get it to work. Anyone else having or had similar issues recently? Hi I found out you can connect LE-audio bluetooth earbuds to Meta Quest 3s. My problem is, it doesn't work at all. It connects but everything becomes super laggy and no audio at all when LE mode is enabled in bluetooth settings. I have Creative Zen Air Plus earbuds which supports LE audio when connecting to its' specific pairing name. When I do so, I can hear "LE connected... LE disconnected... LE connected... LE disconnected..." every couple seconds from the earbuds. Also everything on the Quest becomes like a 0.1fps slideshow until I disconnect the earbuds. When I connect the earbuds with normal bluetooth mode, everything works fine. Only problem is that games have 1-2s latency in audio. Videos (Youtube etc.) don't have delay because they sync with the audio. Is the bluetooth LE-audio mode still early experimental or is it supposed to work as intended already? Until it's resolved I can use wired earbuds with PD/audio usb-dongle. But then I lose smart funtionality of Elite battery strap. They charge the glasses fine but Quest settings doesn't tell how much there is charge left in the strap. Edit: I purchased EarFun Air Pro 4+ earbuds and they work flawlessly in LE-mode. Creative Zen Air Plus uses Mediatek chip which doesn't seem to be compatible. EarFun uses Snapdragon chip which works. At least that's the info I have been gathering from different sources. I hope this is of any help for anyone.Solved164Views0likes5CommentsMeta Quest 3s does not connect to Meta Harizon account
I have a problem connecting my Meta Quest 3s virtual reality helmet to my Meta Harizon mobile app account. The thing is that I've been using this helmet for six months now and every time the app can't find the VR helmet, once at the very beginning I connected it but due to some error it disconnected and hasn't connected since. Also complicates the situation that I can connect to the broadcast of this helmet, like I will see on my phone what the person in the helmet sees, but to connect this helmet to Meta Harizon account does not work, I passed the stage where you need to enter a code of five digits, but this does not help, as I think VR helmet stupidly does not let me find it, please help..27Views0likes0CommentsQuest 3S Doesn't Connect to PC via Cable Link
Hey guys, issue with the Quest 3S, trying to get it working for my PC VR setup and it's been a total nightmare since I got it. I have been trying to diagnose this issue all day. I got the Quest 3S on Black Friday, and it took me about 5 hours to get it connected via the official Meta Cable Link USB-C cable to my computer, which is when this issue began. I have NO idea what I ended up doing that worked, because it randomly interfaced and let me connect to my PC after restarting both it and my computer separately about 30 times. I was very happy, and I had minor issues for 2 days. Come today, I've had nothing but major issues. Essentially, what's going on, is that the computer & software never recognizes that the USB-C cable is plugged in. I have a B650 AORUS Elite AX V2 with the included 10G USB-C port on the back, which is where the Cable Link is plugged into. Funnily enough, the 3S charges and the orange LED turns on, but it doesn't give me the "USB connection" pop-up anymore and the software is not recognizing the headset whatsoever. This is basically exactly what it was doing when I bought it. Today, I was playing Half-Life: Alyx when I decided to take a break. I paused everything, put the headset down, and came back to a black screen. Refused to reconnect. Okay, I thought, I'll just restart the headset. After that, it never recognized the cable again. It connects via AirLink no problem, but I have a very old home and the interference is horrible in here, so it's borderline unplayable with how choppy and unstable it is - it jumps everywhere and makes me extremely motion sick. I am now starting to get pretty upset that I just spent $400 ($299 on the headset & $80 on the cable + tax) on something that took me hours to get working for 2 days and now effectively doesn't work at all. So far, I have: restarted both the headset and my PC dozens of times. Did not work. Totally removed the device from the Meta Link software and attempted to re-add it. Did not work. Added it with Air Link, and attempted to set up Cable Link after the fact to see if that would help. Did not work. Turned on dev mode on both the headset and software and attempted to re-add. Did not work. Factory reset the headset and attempted to re-add. Did not work. Used Revo Uninstaller to remove everything Oculus related on my PC in safe mode, restarted, reinstalled everything, attempted to re-add. Did not work. I'm at my wit's end. Any suggestions?Solved8.8KViews1like10Comments
