Cannot Make Purchases. "Request cannot be completed until further actions"
Basically when i wanted to make a purchase, I couldn't, and this message kept popping up saying "Request Cannot be Completed until Further Actions." Probably because I entered my pin incorrectly like once or twice. But Now i can't buy games on my account. Is there any issue to resolve this?
The installed game "Racket Fury: Table Tennis VR" disappeared from the helmet
Hello. Oculus Quest 1. In the summer of 2024, I installed a trial version of the game "Racket Fury: Table Tennis VR". I played it actively (offline) throughout the second half of 2024 and launched it 5-6 times in 2025. Launched once at the beginning of 2026. Today, April 18, 2026, I started the helmet and discovered that I didn’t have the game, it was gone. Although I didn't delete it. How is this possible, why did she disappear? Has anyone ever had this happen?
Turnip video driver support missing from quest 3 and 3s, apps perform worse than quest 2.
this is in relation to the mesa turnip video driver support that is missing in horizon OS against the xr2 gen 2 when used in quest 3 and quest 3s headsets. there is no blockage of the video driver from Mesa against the quest devices, turnip video drivers are working in other VR headsets with the same xr2 gen 2, and even the old oculus and meta quest 2 vr headsets can use turnip video drivers, resulting in a quest 2 running applications and emulators better than quest 3, which is frankly embarrassing. this regression has been present throughout quest 3 life cycle, with no reason given and no hope of working around this, forcing only the use of supplied Qualcomm drivers (which quest 3 is fully up-to-date with) that has compatibility issues and huge performance loss by comparison. this forces some very exciting projects leaving quest 3 behind on performance to all it's competitors when using android apps that take advantage of these better video drivers. Over the years I have seen more things removed than added from what is now called horizon OS, I hope this is something that can be reinstated, especially before launch of competitors like steam frame, of which quest 3 can already mimick the pc gaming on headset, but without turnip video driver support, it is left in the dust for compatibility and performance.
Suggestion- Mata Consideration of buying the remaining assets of rec room to keep the platform up!

ok for some info, ive just gotten my vr and ever game has worked fine, but from the day after i got it to now ( 7 days later ), gorilla tag says “ gorilla tag wont respond “ and leaves me on the loading screen, if i click wait it pops up again 5-10 seconds later, and if i close and re open the app it does the same thing. ive uninstalled gorila tag, cleared my cache, restarted the vr, and nothing seems to work! but all my other games work fine and its frustrating because gorilla tag has been my favorite game so far. please help:)

Soon we wont have to log into this forum to make a basic report or suggestion only to be met with the most lack luster, foot dragging, useless meta employees they could find. Good riddance, Meta. You fumbled 3 entire generations of VR, and still are making a worse user experience every day.

Looks like a lot of people are getting this message when trying to purchase something. Wondering if anyone has been able to resolve it? I've had a ticket in 2 weeks, and they won't respond to me. If I start a chat to ask questions about it I'm told they have to close the chat to get me a status, then I get an email with a generic message telling me, they need more time. It's odd you can't call anyone to get help, or they don't send updates or anything. I'm not sure I've ever dealt with such poor support. (It's a dumb solution but what I've done is setup a separate account, using the same credit cards and I gift myself what I want from my other account, that's worked for me, but it does not appear to work for game dlc/expansions) Other messages about this state the solution is to put in a support ticket, that might be the only way to resolve it, I don't know, but so far, I 've not found anyone that has been helped by support. Message I get. We noticed something unusual and for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please file an appeal to get your case reviewed.
