My oculus 2 keeps on randomly resetting
Ever since yesterday i have been getting a problem. My oculus 2 keeps on resetting and i can barely even have it on for like 30 seconds I have tried doing tutorials Holding the off button for 60 seconds. But it still wont work i dont know what has caused this and i am not ever gonna factory reset unless it is neccecary because i will literally buy a new headset before i want to factory reset. I dont own a pc i only have the meta app and the vr itself but i cant do anything on the vr because it closes after 30 seconds, ive tried cloud backup but as i said its pretty much impossible to do that and it not shutting off If anyone knows what has happened and what i should do to fix it. Once again having this problem still. I cant use my vr on pc anymore because of this problem please help me out. Tried all methods usually used like reinstalling on a new drive. Updating and all of the above. I need a workaround or a fix please I need some help soon! My Quest 3 is connected to my Widows 11 PC via a USB 3 link cable. After the connection between headset and PC got a few times disconnect mid game, I decided to try a repair off the link software with no success. The software was automatically removed from my system. to be sure there are no remaining meta code in the system I followed the steps to manually delete left over oculus folders. After that I downloaded the Meta Horizon Link Application from Meta's webpage. At the end off the installation process I get following message: Restart Computer Sorry, we encountered an error during installation. Please restart your computer and try running Link Setup again. On meta quest Vr I call people on the Vr on WhatsApp they can hear me but they can’t hear the game. The game name is blade and sorcery. On youtube they can hear it and aim xr. I tried looking for if i muted it but i couldnt see anything that may make it do that. So this is a bit of an odd one but whenever I go into the software update section in the setting it never actually receives the updates and just constantly searches for them.
