Meta store does not deliver to my shipping address
I just went through a bunch of hoops to order a Quest 3S with a $50 discount through my Xbox Game Pass app. My order was confirmed and I went on with my work day, until half an hour later I received a cancellation email with these reasons provided: "We're reaching out to inform you that your order has been canceled. Some possible cancellation reasons include: We're not currently delivering devices to your shipping address." Now I am spending another hour with Meta support chat and being told to check with my credit card issuer, my Xbox app account support team, to see if the promotion has been redeemed, etc., etc. Why does it need to take 3-4 h of a customer's valuable time to order a single item from the store and fix all potential issues? It would be great if they flagged the address (a PO Box) before submitting and or confirming the order. I hope someone can fix this time-waster for Meta's customers.CANT BUY GAMES
I’ve had nothing but problems with meta! I finally got a quest 2 and I set it to buy games then bam I got hit with an error. I tried a second card same error, tried a third and what do you know? Same error. So I thought it was just my bank and went out and bought a $50 giftcard and redeemed it, went to buy my game and what do you know? SAME ERROR I contacted meta support and they want me to wait a week for their response. I don’t have the time to wait for their bull. I’m just tryna give you guys money. This has been going on since 2021 from what I’ve seen. META FIX YOUR CRAP
They are releasing an oculus bundle two weeks after I bought mine lol
This is basically just a small vent post from me but lol this basically always happens it's crazy. You go forever and never buy anything but the second you buy it it either gets a bundle or goes on sale shortly afterwards. It's a conspiracy I think...
