Can't uninstall or install Meta Quest Link desktop app
I've had severe issues trying to link my Meta Quest 2, so I've decided to try and reinstall the program. But as i tried to uninstall it through Window's installed apps. It wouldn't show the uninstall screen. So I got suggested to manually uninstall it by deleting files from: \Program Files\Oculus \Users\[name]\AppData\Local\Oculus \Users\[name]\AppData\Roaming\Oculus After this i tried reinstalling, but the setup file just won't pop up. I've tried several things, like repairing the .NET framework, and even removing all register file names containing Oculus or Meta Quest. As of now, I can't use the program anymore, is anyone familiar with this problem? Thanks in advance! The setup log gives this output;4.4KViews2likes7CommentsRight Quest 3S Controller Triggers not working (again?)
I seem to be having an issue that was relevant 6 months ago, yet none of the recommended fixes worked for me, so I'll be taking my chances here. The left controller works completely fine, however on my right controller, none of the triggers works. Both the grip and index triggers does not trigger in game, or in menu. The capacitive sensors work flawlessly, though, and track how close my finger is on the index finger trigger just fine. The buttons and joystick work fine, too. It's just those two most important buttons that do not work. I've tried unpairing (on headset and on app), removing the battery on the controller for hours, resetting my headset, and none of it worked. Help is greatly appreciated!34Views0likes0CommentsIssue with Meta Quest 3S (Battery) (Charging)
Hey everyone, I got my Quest 3s over 4 months ago, and less than 2 months in, my Quest decided to no longer charge. My device is stuck on 1% battery and doesn't turn on at all. I have tried multiple USB-C chargers that should definitely give it enough power, as well as holding down the power button for 20 seconds and the additional volume button, but nothing seems to work. I attempted to go through my warranty to get another device; however, it says, "We couldn’t find a device associated with the verification info provided. Please try again". This device is not a knock-off of any sort, and I received it as a gift from Verizon when bundling my home internet and phone plan. I think that it's absolutely insane that there is 0 way to get in contact with any support, not even AI support lol. Please, if someone knows a way to fix this or get in contact with someone who can actually help. I'm all ears51Views0likes3CommentsAir Link suddenly not working

6/11/2024, allowed Meta Link to update on my PC for my Rift CV1. Everything still works until I get into a game. Once I enter the game, the Touch controllers are not detected when moving, and in the game they are at ground level and will not move. The Oculus button still worked, and I could use the controllers to select quit app, but they will not move while in a game. So far I re-installed Oculus, but did not delete all the hidden files. I updated my Nvidea drivers to the latest 555.xx version.Solved67KViews38likes222Comments
