Quest 2's "Go LIVE To YouTube" Feature Not Working
So recently I've seen that in the Camera, there's now an option to go live on YouTube and see your chat while you stream. I've tried to use this feature, but every time I do it always says "something went wrong". (for the record I use OBS studio and stream the oculus.com/casting window. WHAT I'VE TRIED: - Going live on OBS then casting - Starting a scheduled live If someone could please tell me what I'm doing wrong I would appreciate any help.13KViews6likes37CommentsQuest microphone, usable in windows
Hi, I would love to be able to use the quest microphone (I'm on quest 2) in windows, straight from startup (Quest Home Screen). I need it for OBS - So I can communicate with my viewers, while streaming (on twitch), without the need to be in any other app. like SteamVR + Stream Link. (Or the oculus web casting) Said in another way: I would like to be able to use the quest microphone in windows, without the need to cast anything. - Also the ability to easily adjust the microphone & headset audio levels independently, from inside the headset, would be awesome. I'm trying Mixed Reality Capture on Oculus Quest 2. I have installed the MRC Tools 5.1.0 plugin in OBS Studio 26.1, but I don't see OclusMrcSource in the OBS source. The following error is recorded in the OBS Studio log. LoadLibrary failed for'../ ../ obs-plugins / 64bit / oculus-mrc.dll': The specified module could not be found. (126) Module'../ ../ obs-plugins / 64bit / oculus-mrc.dll' not loaded When I looked it up, it seems that oculus-mrc.dll calls the following DLL. Avcodec-57.dll Avutil-55.dll Swscale-4.dll However, the DLL that comes with OBS Studio 26.1.0 is new as follows. Avcodec-58.dll Avutil-56.dll Swscale-5.dll Could you please make oculus-mrc.dll of MRCTools compatible with these DLLs?2.7KViews0likes4CommentsMRC cannot save file to Quest2 headset
Hi Everyone, I'm having issue connecting OBS and MRC with Quest2 headset in Win10 (64)? I have no problem streaming headset to my iphone/ipad, but not to my PC. The MRC can search and detect the headset, after the calibration, it just wont save file to it (keep spins after clicking "save to headset"). In OBS it shows the ip of the headset with tcp 28734, but can't telnet to it. My Win10 Firewall had been disabled. Thanks545Views0likes0CommentsOculus MRC tool - Audio mixer OBS
Hi guys, I follow the official guide about the Oculus Quest Mixed Reality Capture and it's working for me. (+Some YT video!) Green screen / background: OK Latence: OK Audio: Not KO but no OK too When I record, there is no problem at all with the calibration but I'm in trouble with the OBS audio mixer setting for the Quest 2. By default, there are no audio when I record. So I turn ON "Oculus MRC" and there are audio in my records. But the sound is really bad... If I turn OFF the "Desktop Audio" + ON "Oculus MRC" there is not sound at all. If I turn ON the "Desktop Audio" + ON "Oculus MRC" + put -15 -20 DB on "Oculus MRC"... it's better but not enough... PS: For all my setting, I turn OFF the microphone source "Mic/Aux". Some one record video with Oculus MRC + OBS ? And have the same issue ? Or fix it ? Any idea of the audio mixer setting ? Thanks for your help PS2: Sorry for my English, I eat bread and cheese... French ? Yes I am !2.4KViews0likes2CommentsOculus Quest Mixed Reality OBS Error

If you stream via scrcpy from Oculus Quest, Rift's anti-barrel stuff is not available to you. So you launch scrcpy and get this: I've managed to turn it into this: Yes, looks like more pincushion must be added, but so far this is my best. By tweaking Change_Scale constant you can probably get rid of troublesome edges (of course, loosing edge content as well). Use OBS Shaderfilter plugin. I know there is yet another shader plugin for OBS, but stuff is named differently, won't work as is.955Views0likes0Comments
