OVRGazepointer with disabled position tracking
The OVRGazepointer does not work well when the position tracking is disabled in the camera rig. The cursor is no longer centered, sometimes don't even follow the camera and the UI click areas have some form of offset. I have to move further downwards to click on a button. Hello, I have import oculus integration plugin and create new object with 'OVRGazePointer' script. The gaze pointer is not shown. Any tutorial do not solve my issue. Someone can explain me how to do that? Also, I have tried to run sample scenes from this plugin, i.e: GearVrControllerTest UI And the cursor not shown. (I talked about GearVr without controller. Hi all, I'm creating a Gear VR project (Unity 2018.3.6) and for some reason I can't stop the Gaze Icon from disappearing behind Gameobjects in the scene.Even if I put it in it's own canvas with Screen space overlay, change sorting order etc. it's the same. Hi, As the title suggests, I'm running into a problem when my scene loads where the gaze pointer doesn't show up until the user clicks the trigger. This can be quite confusing for new oculus users who aren't comfortable yet with the oculus. Is this a problem that anybody else has? Are there any known fixes? Thank you.450Views0likes0Comments
