Unity build for Quest has only sound but no video
Hi i am developing a VR Game for oculus quest in unity 2019.2.15f1. To save computational power i started to move from realtime lighting to mixed lighting. If i build the game with realtime lighting or baked lighting or mixed lighting (subtractive) all works fine. If i change to shadowmask, i can bake and build without problems but when i start the game on the quest, i see the "made with unity" screen and a few moments later i just see a grey (or black) screen. But i can hear the game music. I am quite desperate and any help would be much appreciated. I never build a game for the oculus, please help. Let me know if you need more information. I want to show one activity of my android app (written in Java/Kotlin) in VR mode and all others as normal app 2d mode. Right now the app runs in 2d mode without any issue and shows the screen side by side. I want the screen on this activity to be run as vr (shown as single unit, not side by side). What should I do to accomplish this task?678Views0likes0CommentsProblems with controller tracking on Oculus Quest.
I had this problem for a while now(since June I think): Once you turn on the headset the tracking seems fine, but over time it becomes worse and worse, and after some time you need to restart it for the tracking to restore. It seems that the problem is with how much your controllers produce vibrations instead of time, so I mainly use my headset for VRchat(With Link ofc). I can use my headset properly somewhere around 20-30 mins, and if I'm lucky 40-50 mins, but for beat saber it would give me around 10 mins or even less(so i don't play it ofc). Has anyone encountered this problem before/now, and if so, how do i fix it?1.3KViews0likes1Comment
