Passthrough camera data is not available on Quest 3 developing with Unity
Basically it is not possible to access the real time passthrough video from Quest 3 in Unity. Many devs among the internet think it is a crucial feature to be able to process to create incredible mixed reality apps with object recognition using machine learning. Nevertheless, it is not possible to access the real time video captured by quest 3 in unity. Here is a reddit post made by me where people are requesting this feature. Hi guys, could someone help me? I'm making an online game. When testing on quest2, it was found that on the V35 system, it can be connected through the Internet (TCP protocol). However, on the V56 system, it cannot be connected through the Internet (TCP protocol). The error message "Client Recv: failed to connect to ip=34.86.33.208 port=9000 reason=System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): Access denied" will appear. Is it because I set something wrong?
