Meta store does not deliver to my shipping address
I just went through a bunch of hoops to order a Quest 3S with a $50 discount through my Xbox Game Pass app. My order was confirmed and I went on with my work day, until half an hour later I received a cancellation email with these reasons provided: "We're reaching out to inform you that your order has been canceled. Some possible cancellation reasons include: We're not currently delivering devices to your shipping address." Now I am spending another hour with Meta support chat and being told to check with my credit card issuer, my Xbox app account support team, to see if the promotion has been redeemed, etc., etc. Why does it need to take 3-4 h of a customer's valuable time to order a single item from the store and fix all potential issues? It would be great if they flagged the address (a PO Box) before submitting and or confirming the order. I hope someone can fix this time-waster for Meta's customers.46Views1like3Comments
