Cannot redeem cross buy games after winter app overhaul (no support resolution since February)
Hello, I'm primarily a PCVR user and got two titles to get with cross buy ("Shadow Point" and "Raccoon Lagoon"). Tried getting them with cross buy from Link app and getting "Purchase Failed / Error performing query." error. Addressed support on 18th February (ticket #09211349). It's been almost 2 months and nothing changed. My concerns are: 1. It's a global issue that happened after winter Link app overhaul. Has anyone managed to cross buy PCVR titles?! 2. Supports are not doing anything and just hoping the ticket will be closed. Is there a way to escalate the ticket? Two months is quite long time to resolve an issue. Hi everyone, We recently identified an issue with Meta Quest Link unable to launch which caused users to be stuck in the app launch loading screen. We’ve now released an update that should resolve this problem. What’s changed: The main issue is fixed, and you should be able to use Meta Quest Link as expected. Please note: For now, you won’t be able to see your hands in Dash. However, raycasts are visible, and you should be able to interact with games and other content as usual. Thank you for your patience while we worked on this fix! If you continue to experience any issues, please let us know in the comments.
Link doesn't work at all after the new update
I wanted to play VR one day as i tried linking my meta quest 3s to the computer via cable but then it began to load for forever, tried via air link:same problem. But before the incident i had message on my PC app saying "Some functions of meta quest link may not work.." is there any solution?
Air link not working
I know i use to use air link on my quest 2, however I am trying to use it on my quest 3 that i have had for over a year and it is not connecting. I have it "connected" and it says everything is working correctly, but when i try to link, the headset is permanently stuck in the meta logo loading screen and in the pc app it says "Meta Quest Link isnt working correctly. click here to check our support article" and then "we cant find your headset. please connect your headset." I am at my wits end. please please help. FYI I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the pc, factory reset my headset, restarted both multiple times, unlinked - relinked, ect. I will redo any of these steps if they will help but i am in shambles.air link doesnt work
the air link used to work but suddley it stopped so i disconnected the headset from the pc in hopes to re-link them but now when i open airlink it cant find my pc or any pc for that matter. they are on the same wifi and i tried restarting both the pc and the headset but it doesnt work

META, please add anti-theft protection and device location search, as devices are often stolen and we can't find them ourselves. And you, a giant company, can't ensure the security of your device. My glasses were stolen. My account is on it, and I can see when it's online. I can't do anything about it, except offer a reset. It would be better if you could help me find its location!Bring Back the Oculus Home!!
While I understand the need for performance optimization, removing the Home environment entirely has removed a core layer of the PCVR ecosystem, the trophy and decoration system. PCVR users have the hardware overhead to support these environments. By forcing us into the minimalist Void Menu Meta has removed the incentive to collect in-game items and interact with the platform UI. Please consider bringing back a persistent, customizable "Home" for Link and Rift users who want more than just a 2D menu. How come you guys gave Quest cool 3d environments and PCVR users are stuck with some weird Interface. And if the Quest 1/2 can't run it then turn it off by default for them. I'm just saying Oculus Home used to feel more futuristic then the "Modern" Dash Menu ever has. Again Meta please consider bringing back what made Oculus Link special.Connecting Quest 3 to PC issue
Hi I am new to VR, I just bought a Quest 3 516gb and am trying to connect it to my PC, it's a Aftershock Ryzen 7700 + RX9070XT+ 32GB Ram. I connected my headset to pc using Type-C cable to 3.2 C-type at the back of my computer. I tested the connection speed, shows 2.9gps. But when I link the headset via cable or Wi-Fi to my pc all I see is a graphic white and gray screen, everything is jerky and Meta store screen and my controller pointers keeps appearing and disappearing. I have tried removing the devices and reinstalling the devices but same thing happens. The software is updated to the latest. So I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or missing something out, appreciate your help Thank You
