Meta Horizon Scrolling Bug
When I try to pair my quest 2 with the meta horizon app, I'm unable to scroll down and choose quest 2 on the device pairing page. I recently factory reseted the headset. Aditionally my phone is using the same network at the headset and has Bluetooth mode on. I've un-installed and re-installed the app 3 times, tried two family members phone's (also a samsung), and tried mirroring my phone to my computer's screen. Quest 2 stuck in pairing loop, couldn’t pair with headset after factory reset
Hello Meta Community, I am reporting a persistent Meta Quest 2 pairing issue that does not appear to be caused by user error. My Quest 2 is stuck in the initial setup pairing flow and the Meta Quest or Meta Horizon app consistently shows the message “Couldn’t pair with your headset”. This issue persists even after factory reset and across multiple Android devices including Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, Samsung Galaxy A54, and a OnePlus device. I have performed factory reset using the boot menu, verified the headset shows a 6 digit pairing code, updated the Meta Quest app, cleared app cache and data, granted all permissions including Bluetooth and Location, used manual pairing with the code instead of auto detect, ensured the phone and headset were on the same network using a mobile hotspot, and disabled VPN and private DNS. The app detects the headset and sometimes shows “Headset connecting” but pairing never completes and Add New Device always fails. The same behavior occurs across phones and networks, suggesting a backend or account pairing deadlock rather than hardware or user error. I am posting to ask whether this is a known issue and if Meta support can reset or clear pairing state on the account or device. Thank you.
Can’t Complete Setup on Quest 2 After Factory Reset - Not Appearing in My Devices
I had my Meta Quest 2 stored for a while. When I turned it on again, it updated and the unlock pattern changed from the 9-point square grid to an 8-point diamond layout. Eventually, I wasn’t able to unlock it because the pattern was never corrected, so I performed a factory reset to use it from scratch. Now the device asks me to continue the setup through the Meta Horizon app, but the headset shows as “disconnected” in the app and I can’t remove it. Also, on "meta.com/quest/" and on "oculus.com", the device doesn’t appear under my registered devices at all. Is there any way to fix this or force the setup to continue?
Quest pro controller failing to pair
as far as ive seen online, this is not a problem only I have. My left quest pro controller is failing to connect to my quest pro itself. It sits there, flashing purple and white. my quest pro during the pairing process gives me a message of "controller failed to pair" HOWEVER, the right controller paired just fine. Ive tried resetting the controller, restarting, keeping it in cameras view, restarting the headset, etc. im unsure of what to do. considering i just spent around $850 on the headset and controllers for christmas.Right quest 2 controller won't paring to my headset
Help me pls, my right controller doesn't want to pairing with my quest 2, BUT my left controller work as usual. I tried: Reboot quest Hard reset quest Update quest Update baterries Update Meta Horizon Re-pair all controllers (only left connecting) Nothing works When i press oculus + B button's, controller flash 3 times and that's all He doesn't even vibrate
