ok so i just wanna say that i use oculus/meta quest 2 and like when i try to uhh share my passthrough it just black so uhh my 2 friends one have a meta quest 2 he can share passthrough and my other friend have uhh meta quest 3s and he can share passthrought too so how i can share it

Meta Quest 3 Black Screen After Logo and Firmware Arrow — Hundreds of Us Have This Problem
Many Meta Quest 3 owners are experiencing the same serious issue after what appears to be a faulty firmware update. The headset starts normally, shows the Meta logo, then displays the down-arrow firmware symbol as if it’s updating. After that, the screen goes completely black and never turns back on. This problem has affected hundreds of users across multiple platforms, including Meta’s own community forums, Reddit, and Discord groups. Everyone describes the same sequence: Meta logo, firmware arrow loading, then a permanent black screen. People have already tried every official fix that Meta recommends: Rebooting the headset. Performing a full hard reset using the power and volume buttons. Installing the manual firmware update through the Meta update tool on a computer. Even after completing all of these steps successfully, the headset remains unusable. The issue clearly points to a defective firmware update or a corrupted boot process caused by the update itself, not user error or damage. Some customers have received replacements, while others have been denied support because their device is out of warranty. That inconsistency is unacceptable. A firmware defect that originates from Meta should not depend on warranty status. This needs to be recognized as a widespread product issue. Meta should take responsibility, publicly acknowledge the problem, and provide free repairs or replacements to all affected customers. Everyone affected should post here and share: When the problem started and what update version it followed. Any videos or photos showing the black screen sequence. What Meta Support said or offered in response. If enough reports are collected, this could draw the attention of consumer protection agencies, the media, or legal firms willing to pursue a class action. The goal is not to complain, but to get a fair solution for everyone who has been left with a bricked headset due to a faulty update. This issue is not isolated. The other day I found an option of how to buy them in the app and saw that 5,000 were £14.99, but now I can’t seem to find where I saw that or buy these things! Any advice?
Meta and Marvel Collaboration for a Spider-Man VR Game
I would like to suggest a collaboration between Meta and Marvel to develop a full Spider-Man VR game for the Meta Quest platform. Spider-Man is one of Marvel’s most iconic and globally recognized characters, with a massive fan base of all ages. A high-quality VR experience that allows players to swing through the city, engage in combat, and truly feel like Spider-Man would be incredibly exciting and immersive. Such a title could significantly increase interest in the Meta Quest headset, as many fans would be motivated to purchase the device specifically to experience being Spider-Man in virtual reality. I believe this collaboration would be highly successful and beneficial for both companies.
Bobber Bay shop not working
I've been trying to get the purchase screen in the shop to pop up but have yet to get it to work. I've been playing the game for about a week and have caught most of the fish at Bobber bay but can't access the store to buy anything. Anyone know of a way to get past this? I see it's been an issue for some time now and I know it works for some people.
quest 2 headset stuck installing software update 1 of 2
I factory reset my headset after having the same issue of not being able to connect to steamvr/airlink. The buttons existed, in the steamvr window to be able to connect, but it was in a loop of forever "trying" to connect. So i looked up online and did a bunch of troubleshooting and after nothing else worked, I decided to factory reset my headset for the third time whilst dealing with the issues. Afterwards, I am now dealing with another issue during setup. I log into my wifi, and before its able to let me access anything on the quest, it gets stuck installing 1 of 2 software updates and makes no progress. I have waited two days while leaving the headset charging. I have looked online and all ive found is meta can help force an update, but any time I try to use my link cable to update it, it shows up with an error message that, from memory, says "adp error" or something of the sort.
