Horizon link not working
My Q3 was linking fine to my PC this afternoon, then literally an hour or two later, will not link. I'm using a usb 3.0 cable, it is in a USB 3 port, power management of USB port is set correctly. I get a notification saying 'Meta Quest Link isn't working correctly. Click here to check our support article'. There is no support article. I have restarted the headset and PC, repaired the Horizon app, logged out and back into the Horizon app, restarted the OVR service and I still can't get it to work. Anyone else having or had similar issues recently? Horizon software 83.0.0.333.349 Headset V83.1034 build 5156385.14650.520 Grateful for any ideas.Solved14KViews99likes312CommentsTemporary workaround for “Horizon Link not working / can’t connect” (USB-C)
Hi, I found a temporary workaround for Horizon Link not connecting. If you urgently need it for development like I do, try the steps below while we wait for Meta to fix the issue. Workaround (worked for me — both USB-C Link and Air Link were failing): Disconnect your PC from the internet (disable Wi-Fi / unplug Ethernet). Navigate to: C:\Program Files\Meta Horizon\Support\oculus-client\ Launch client.exe manually (do NOT use the desktop shortcut / Fixer.exe). After starting it this way, Horizon Link connects successfully. (Optional) Reconnect the internet after the connection is established. Summary: If Horizon Link suddenly stops working, try starting it offline and run client.exe directly from the install folder.153Views2likes1CommentCant install Meta Horizon App

Hello there, I`ve bought Oculus Quest 2 and wanted to pair it with Horizon Link I`ve downloaded mobile app then opened it and started pairing process, so I also have turned on my Oculus Quest 2 then typed 5-symbol code to app and it was paired successfully, I can see it in my devices but there is a problem - Mobile App said that I need to continue configuring my Oculus Quest 2 actualy on my device, but then I weared it on there was nothing changed, It steel shows link code and nothing happens. Then I also tried to reset it with recovery mode -> went to boot menu and selected factory reset, when it booted it steel shows this link code and steel nothing happens. Did someone had same issue, how did you solved it ?20Views0likes0CommentsMeta Horizon App Scrolling Bug
When I try to pair my quest 2 with the meta horizon app, I'm unable to scroll down and choose quest 2 on the device pairing page. I recently factory reseted the headset. Aditionally my phone is using the same network at the headset and has Bluetooth mode on. I've un-installed and re-installed the app 3 times and I've been trying for about an hour to pair my headset to the app.28Views0likes3CommentsCan’t Complete Setup on Quest 2 After Factory Reset - Not Appearing in My Devices
I had my Meta Quest 2 stored for a while. When I turned it on again, it updated and the unlock pattern changed from the 9-point square grid to an 8-point diamond layout. Eventually, I wasn’t able to unlock it because the pattern was never corrected, so I performed a factory reset to use it from scratch. Now the device asks me to continue the setup through the Meta Horizon app, but the headset shows as “disconnected” in the app and I can’t remove it. Also, on "meta.com/quest/" and on "oculus.com", the device doesn’t appear under my registered devices at all. Is there any way to fix this or force the setup to continue?32Views0likes0CommentsQuest 2 cannot pair after factory reset – error 1675012
Hello, I’m having an issue with my Meta Quest 2 after a factory reset and I’m looking for possible solutions. Details: The headset powers on normally but cannot complete pairing with the Meta Horizon mobile app. The app shows the headset as already paired, even though it is not. Attempting to remove other profiles shows error code 1675012. I tried pairing on both an iPhone and a separate Android phone, but the problem persists. Multiple factory resets, app reinstalls, and different networks did not resolve the issue. Checking devices on meta.com shows no devices associated with my account. Has anyone experienced this and found a way to resolve it? Any guidance on how to clear the pairing issue would be appreciated. Thank you.104Views1like12Comments
