Can't use Meta Horizon app with quest 1
I bought a meta quest one, and I'm furious to find that I can't even use it! The setup is just completely broken in the app and I have found many forum posts from about 3 years ago of people complaining about the same thing, although now the workarounds they suggested don't even work any more. Would like to relight the fire on this one, please can this be fixed?
Strange issues with my Quest 3S
Hi, my Meta Quest 3S is having some issues. My headset won't shut off, even when I try to force shut it down. My controllers will connect for a second and then immediately disconnect, even after replacing the batteries. And it keeps saying "Finding position in room" even though I'm in my usual spot and within my boundary. Any advice?

So I woke up one day and got on my vr but it was stuck saying‘Finding position in room’ so I factory reset it because that’s what I do when my headset glitches. When I did it asked me to log into my account but the email used for my account was my old email that I don’t have access to anymore so I was wondering how could I log back into my accountTransfer from old meta account to new meta account
I made a new account for my Quest 3, I didn't realize I could transfer the old account at first. I'd like to take everything from my old account called NakoXOXO and put it in my current account called Nako_XOXO. Please help I bought stuff in my old account
Oculus quest one not used for 4+ years - possible to still get acces to installed games?
Hi all I recently retrieved a oculus quest (model one) from a few years back I didn't use for many years. When I tried to log back in, I see that my oculus account has been deleted because I didn't merge from oculus to meta. Is there anything I can do now to get my games back in 2025? I bought beat saber, boxvr and some other games back in the day and don't want to buy them all again unless necessary. This question may have been asket a lot of times, I apologize. The e-mails regarding my account deletion were sent to an old e-mail no longer in use. I haven't been able to get to a meta support employee because I am having trouble linking my oculus quest with e-mail. Should I just factory reset and create a new meta horizon account? And then buy beat saber again for 30 bucks
Quest 3 lost all tracking
Brand new quest 3 just arrived, configured an everything was doing pretty well. Was just logging into a game when all tracking just stopped working, a window saying "Tracking lost" showed up, but I couldn't click anything since the controllers stopped working too, hand tracking also wasnt working. I tried cleaning up the cameras with a very soft towel, tried rebooting, resetting to factory settings, everything I could. The screen is either completely black, black with a dot or on the starting screen asking to turn on the controllers, but the screen just moves randomly and isn't following the headset movements at all. There is a white dot blinking on the left controller and they keep vibrating every few seconds.
