Streaming from Meta Ray-Bans to WhatsApp disabled?
This used to work great for me when I first got the glasses a few months ago. Double click the capture button while on a WhatsApp call to stream video from the glasses rather than the phone. Now nothing happens, the glasses just take a photo. Also I don't see a prompt in either app telling me that the feature is available, which I'm pretty sure I used to see. Has the functionality been removed, and of so why? It was such a killer feature! App v. 177.1.0.9.109 and yes, I have WhatsApp enabled in communication settings
Missouri not getting Rayban update?
Come on now. I'm right smack in the middle of the United States in St Louis MO. And when I see that people in the UK now have Version 9 of their Rayban glasses yet I am informed that my version 8 is up to date, I wonder where you think we are? St Louis MO is not on Alpha Centauri or something. We are in the United States. Why aren't we getting this update like everyone else is?
Took Meta Ray Ban Survey and Haven't Received $50 Gift Card
Hi, I took a survey on June 26 from Meta & AnswerLab and completed it. I was told I would receive a choice of $50 gift cards within 2 weeks. It's now July 11, and I have received no further communication. Additionally, I am not even sure of who to reach out to to ask about it, so I'm using this form. Thanks for any help anyone can give!
Meta AI, Meta View, Ray-Ban - Add the ability to store user-defined system prompts
I'm particularly impressed with the AI capabilities integrated into the Rayban glasses. It's a game-changer! I believe it's the future of AI interactions. I'd like to request a new feature in the Meta View app to use with the Rayban glasses: I would like to have the ability to save multiple user-defined prompts that can be easily selected and injected into the Meta AI when using the glasses. This would allow me to access frequently used prompts without having to rephrase them every time. For example, I'd like to define a prompt like "Act as an English teacher to correct my sentence grammatically" and save it as "Prompt 1" in the Meta View app. Then, when I interact with the glasses, I could say "Hey Meta! Select Prompt 1" followed by my question or prompt, and the system would use the predefined prompt to respond accordingly. This feature would greatly enhance my experience with Meta AI with the Rayban glasses and I believe it will open up more possibilities for using the technology in various scenarios. So Hey meta Dev I want live feature on instagram on reels section and top of the bar like youtube shorts we can do live on instagram and it's good idea for creator I know live are available but they are only for followers but if we add live on reels while we scroll we find new creator who do game live or many other things....
