Question about inviting users to the URL of the Release Channel from AppLab.
Our app published beta channel, and made invite url. The following error occurs when another user accesses the link. How can I fix this error? Unable to join You are unable to join this release channel for the following reason: Our policies do not permit users from South Korea to take part in this program.580Views0likes0CommentsPreview app not appearing
I keep getting stuck with this issue. We lately been building and releasing some apps through the Release Channel. All of the invited users receive the invitation mail and accept that. But the odd thing is that the app only appears on some account and not on all of them. I already tried to accept the invitation more than once, restarted the headset, unsubscribe a specific user and re-invite that user again without any luck. How can I streamline this process?2.7KViews1like5CommentsBug: Inviting external people to the Release Channels for my Meta Quest 2 App doesn't always work
Hello, I have the issue that when I invite external people to my Meta Quest 2 App through the Alpha, Beta or RC Channel, they can not access the build. They always receive the invite and can accept it, and the app will be shown in their Preview App. However, they can not install it through their App Library, and they can not access the Meta Store page of my app (it is saying "Whooops... Something went wrong". Throwing them out of the User list for the Release Channel and reinviting them usually solves the issue, but it is a blocker and a nuisance to people and some of them may not be able to look at my build, so I really need this fixed. Any ideas / workarounds that don't require resending the invite? Thank you!786Views2likes0CommentsUnable to add new member to Developer Hub
Hello, For about 4 days, I have been trying to add a new member to our developer hub for them to assist with keycodes and release channel access. This person made a meta account and a meta developer account, but they do not possess a headset. I made sure they were logged into their account. When I enter in their email or username, it is unable to locate them. I confirmed that the spelling was correct and escalated this to my developer relations coordinator. If you have any resources on a fix for this, I would appreciate it. Thank you!901Views0likes1CommentUnable to list or remove users in release channel
Trying to manage our release channels for a live app on App Lab using the Developer Dashboard. It looks as if there's a bug recently introduced in release channel managment. We can't see or modify the list of Subscribed Users. See below screenshot: Note that we have 25 "Subscribed Users" in the selected tab, but "No Subscribed Users" in the list. Obviously when we select the tab we should see the users in the list, so that we can edit the list. Pretty serious bug here, please advise?843Views0likes0CommentsHow can I submit Quest build on Beta channel to distribute via "My Preview" ?
We are following the steps in the documentation for distributing Quest app via Alpha/Beta Release Channels. Facing two challenges: While uploading the binary, the option to select Quest does not show up. So we selected Rift & moved forward After uploading the build, we edited the channel setting for public opt-in but didn't find how to subscribe to the app Even using the method of inviting users via email, it does not show up in "My Preview" All of this is considering Quest only for Enterprise users. Any help will be really useful, thanks !1.7KViews0likes2Comments
