Unable to create new Add-Ons on the Meta Quest Developer Dashboard
For several days now we've been unable to create new Add-ons. We've filled out the details, pricing and metadata, but the publish button never becomes clickable. We've successfully added new add-ons as recently as Nov 25th, but now it has stopped working. Anyone else?
Customers cannot "GET" our app (App Lab)
From what I can understand, a Quest App is available by the app id link before being reviewed. This allows users to install the app from a direct URL rather than the AppStore. Our app is viewable on PC by the App Id link, and everything looks fine, except there is no GET button. Also, when the same URL is viewed on the Quest, a 404 error is displayed. Is the App Lab broken, or am I missing a setting somewhere? Now that the App is in a review state, there are no settings available to us for change. Strangely, the URL is viewable on PC but not the Quest. We want our app to be available to our users, precisely many schools anxiously waiting to use our app. Our previous app worked with Google Cardboard, and now the schools are migrating to the Quest. We are unable to give them our app because of this issue. We need to have our app used by students before the school year is complete. By not having this app available to students, this delay is robbing children of an educational experience that could shape their future with a career in technology.No Reply from Oculus Support (2 months)
Hi, my name is Ariel. I have been having issues trying to contact the Oculus Support Team. I have created two tickets in which they both got a response saying they were assigned to Oculus Submissions Team. It's been 2 months already and I haven’t received a response back. If anyone has some advice that would be great - I am still not sure if it’s an issue on my end. I appreciate the help!Trouble making Developer account
Hey all. Im trying to sign up for Oculus Developer account but whenever I try to log in with my Facebook account, it says 'Continue as Undefined'. Everytime I try to login, it loads the page as if it was loading a new page, and never does anything. Somehow I managed to sign up for the forums, but no matter what I try i cant make a developer account. I have an Oculus account and a facebook account and the developer page wont link with either. If anybody from the support team could assist me I would be happy to send pictures and videos of the process.
Test User account revoking IAP is missing? Where did it go?
With a Test User account, we had the ability revoke IAP allowing us to properly test out the feature for our projects. This feature has since disappeared and for testing purpose, it feels like I need to reset my device with a new account if I want to test a fail state and a pass state. Is there a workaround to this?
