I can't ask for permission on age restricted games it just won't load
I recently wanted to play the Game Bonelab on my quest 2 ! My parents are totally fine with me playing 18+ games since I myself am 17 and turning 18 soon. However my account is entirely restricted for 18+ games ! I already set up the parental controls with my mom‘s Account to disable the function and give me full access to the entire catalogue ! However, whenever my mom disables the restriction, the option is immediately re-enabled when you leave the menu ! My phone app got spammed with „your restrictions have been disabled“ notifications, however the changes never apply ! I also am unable to even send an approval notification for any purchases overall, so there is absolutely no button to even press ! Well, now my Mom gifted me the game over her account, because we thought this maybe worked better. But the activation code just gets rejected with the same „you aren‘t 18 yet“ response… What can i do ? I have full approval of my parents as I said before… We followed all the guides on the websites, doing everything step by step. Websites don‘t work either, we tried the Website on Desktop and also via Mobile Browser…meta account suspended??
both my instagram and facebook that are connected to my other meta account got suspended for no reason and i can't even sign into my meta account since it doesn't send me a code to my email and i clearly did nothing what do they mean by not following rules this is a legit glitch and i have games on that meta account for my vr i don't even know where to appeal please help I've been using that instagram account since forever
can't pair Quest 3 with meta app on phone
My iPhone app says it found the headset, but the headset does not display the 5 digit code needed to complete the pairing. Instead my Quest 3 only offers the accounts that already are already set up in it. I have updated both the Quest 3 software and my iPhone Meta app, and restarted the headset twice to no effect.
Secondary profiles allow outgoing android calls
Hello meta, is it possible to modify the restrictions new secondary accounts are created? By default, secondary accounts are created with the following type on the underlying android. Type: android.os.usertype.full.SECONDARY This group has the following restrictions. Restrictions: no_record_audio no_sms no_run_in_background no_outgoing_calls Why are this restrictions on secondary profiles? When users use whatsapp on their secondary account and start calls, an error from android app "phonecalls" appears with "only emergency calls available" This restriction is on android, when secondary accounts have this restrictions. Its possible to change, but why is it set by default?
I can't start the application with my Meta Avatar created
I created my scene in Unity following the documentation, everything is working right down to the building blocks. I imported the buildingblocks avatar into the scene and it works when I run it with my oculus, but I can't bring in My Avatar created in the Meta account. How can I launch the application with my avatar instead of the default avatar?
