Hi everyone, I submitted my business verification for my app over 10 days ago and it's still showing "In Review" with no updates. The pending verification is blocking my App Review submission as I cannot complete the required API test calls for Instagram permissions until verification is approved. I've tried the bug reporter but was told individual cases can't be handled there. Has anyone found a way to escalate a stuck business verification? Any help appreciated. I submitted my business verification over 10 days ago and it's still showing "In Review" with no updates. Details: Business Portfolio ID: 1514153376737761 Use case selected: "App requires access to permissions on Meta for Developers" App name: ZynPost App status: Published (Live mode) The problem: The pending business verification is blocking me from completing my App Review submission. Specifically, instagram_business_content_publish requires Advanced Access which requires Business Verification to be complete before I can run the required API test call. This means I cannot submit my App Review until verification completes. Several critical pages are stuck on infinite loading for me across: Chrome, Firefox, Edge incognito / private mode Windows, iPhone, iPad Wi-Fi and 5G Affected pages include: Posts Members Payment Analytics (in some entry flows) This is now blocking important store operations like promo codes, discounts, review replies, and payment-related access. Although the Developer Dashboard shows that both my individual developer account and my developer organization are Verified, the Developer Mode switch is not visible in either the Meta Quest mobile app (Android) or in Settings ▶ System ▶ Developer on my Quest 3 headset. Also I do not share the account I am the primary account holder I Have Already Created a new developer organization in the dashboard and uploaded the required documents. The dashboard now shows: Account Verification: Verified Organization Verification: Verified Enabled two-factor authentication (TOTP + backup SMS). Updated the Meta Quest mobile app to the latest version. Confirmed that Bluetooth and Location Services are ON and that the headset appears as Connected in the mobile app’s Devices tab. Environment Headset: Quest 3 Android Symptoms Mobile app: No “Developer Mode” option appears under Devices ▶ [My Quest 3] ▶ Headset Settings. Questions After both the account and organization are shown as “Verified” in the dashboard, is there any additional hidden verification step? Could Meta staff check on the backend whether my organization’s status has actually propagated to the Quest 3 serial number mentioned above? Are there any known issues in the latest Quest firmware (v66) or the current Android app build that prevent the Developer Mode toggle from appearing?
