Why Facebook disable my account
Dear Meta, I am writing to request a manual review of my personal Facebook account, which was recently disabled for alleged violations of the Community Standards related to “Account Integrity.” My account was disabled around 2025.10.17. I received the message stating that my account violated the rules about integrity and that I can no longer request a review. I respectfully believe this might be a misunderstanding. I am a user located in mainland China. Due to national internet policies, direct access to Facebook is not available without using a VPN connection. I have always used Facebook to follow global news, faith-based pages, and communicate peacefully with my friends. I have **never engaged in impersonation, spam, or automation** of any kind. Because of the local restrictions, I had to use a VPN node located in Hong Kong to access my account. This may have caused sudden IP changes that were misinterpreted by your system as suspicious or inauthentic activity. However, I can assure you this account has always been managed personally by me, and all the information posted, and connections made are authentic. I fully respect Facebook’s Community Standards and the principle of integrity. I am willing to verify my identity with valid government ID or any other documentation if required. I kindly request that you allow a manual human review of my case, as I believe this action was an automated or environmental misjudgment rather than intentional misconduct. Facebook is very important to me as it is my main way to connect with international friends and faith communities. I would be very grateful if your team could take a moment to reconsider this case and restore my access.544Views4likes13CommentsCan't complete developer registration - SMS code not received after "device not recognized" error
I'm trying to register for a Meta for Developers account to build an app, but I'm stuck at the verification step. On my first attempt, I was able to get past the SMS verification, but then I received an error message saying my device wasn't recognized. Since that happened, I haven't been able to complete registration at all because now I no longer receive the SMS verification code. I've tried multiple times over several days, waited well beyond the 30-second delivery window, and confirmed my phone can receive texts from other services. My number is a regular carrier number, not VoIP, and isn't linked to any other Meta developer account. It seems like something on Meta's end may have flagged my number or account after that initial "device not recognized" error. Has anyone else run into this issue or found a workaround? I've also submitted a support request through Facebook but haven't heard back yet. Any help would be appreciated.300Views2likes2CommentsMy account has no access to developers.facebook.com
I don't know actually why but I have my facebook account for more than 10 years now and in the last year I returned to code myself and create new apps but my account never works. Everytime I try to access: developers.facebook.com/apps I am redirected to: https://developers.facebook.com/account_status/error/ And I don't get why. I disabled my browser extensions, tried at different times, my cellphone number is verified.200Views0likes2CommentsCan't create a developer account
I have tried creating a developer account through meta to use apis on a few projects. I attempted to do so by using my personal facebook account. It goes through account verification sending a SMS and email. I tryed loging out on every page/device, changing IP, adding credit card. The SMS worked but when submitting the code for the email I get this message:154Views0likes3CommentsDeveloper Verification Not Working.
I have 2fa on my Meta account, but for some reason it won't detect it on the developer Verification page. I've tried using my card, but it just says it can't add my payment method, without telling me why. I've added my SMS as the 2fa, but the developer Verification still doesn't pick it up What do I do?143Views1like7CommentsAccessibility Feature Request: Conversation Focus Mode for Ray-Ban Meta Display Glasses
Hi everyone! I’m a Ray-Ban Meta display glasses user who is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids daily. I’d love to see a conversation focus mode added that prioritizes voices directly in front of the wearer and reduces background noise. In busy environments, this would make a big difference for hearing-aid users and others who rely on clearer speech in real time. If this type of accessibility feature is ever developed, I would absolutely love the ability to have it added to my glasses and would be happy to provide feedback or participate in any beta or user-testing opportunities. I’ve also submitted this through support channels, but wanted to share here in case the team is gathering feedback.134Views1like0CommentsAccount Overview/Business portfolio issue
I'm trying to reach an actual person to get help, somewhere. On the Account Overview/Business portfolio page I'm trying to verify my business by 'Verify by document' and I always get "There was a problem saving your changes. Neither business registration or certificate of incorporation is allowing me to upload a pdf.Solved123Views0likes1CommentDeveloper mode toggle not appearing
Hi everyone, I hope you are well. Although the Developer Dashboard shows that both my individual developer account and my developer organization are Verified, the Developer Mode switch is not visible in either the Meta Quest mobile app (Android) or in Settings ▶ System ▶ Developer on my Quest 3 headset. Also I do not share the account I am the primary account holder I Have Already Created a new developer organization in the dashboard and uploaded the required documents. The dashboard now shows: Account Verification: Verified Organization Verification: Verified Enabled two-factor authentication (TOTP + backup SMS). Updated the Meta Quest mobile app to the latest version. Confirmed that Bluetooth and Location Services are ON and that the headset appears as Connected in the mobile app’s Devices tab. Environment Headset: Quest 3 Android Symptoms Mobile app: No “Developer Mode” option appears under Devices ▶ [My Quest 3] ▶ Headset Settings. Questions After both the account and organization are shown as “Verified” in the dashboard, is there any additional hidden verification step? Could Meta staff check on the backend whether my organization’s status has actually propagated to the Quest 3 serial number mentioned above? Are there any known issues in the latest Quest firmware (v66) or the current Android app build that prevent the Developer Mode toggle from appearing? Thank you in advance for any insight you can provide. Please let me know if you need additional logs or screenshots, and I will send them right away.100Views0likes3CommentsBusiness Verification Stuck "In Review" for 2 Months - Messenger Webhook Blocked
