Secondary profiles allow outgoing android calls
Hello meta, is it possible to modify the restrictions new secondary accounts are created? By default, secondary accounts are created with the following type on the underlying android. Type: android.os.usertype.full.SECONDARY This group has the following restrictions. Restrictions: no_record_audio no_sms no_run_in_background no_outgoing_calls Why are this restrictions on secondary profiles? When users use whatsapp on their secondary account and start calls, an error from android app "phonecalls" appears with "only emergency calls available" This restriction is on android, when secondary accounts have this restrictions. Its possible to change, but why is it set by default?
Meta Developer hub stuck in Login loop
Good morning, i am looking into getting into Meta quest 3 development. However i am having issues with the developer hub application. I have my developer account set up, and everything seems to be good. However what happens is, the app will redirect me to a browser to login, when i login it then redirects me back to the app, however when it refreshes it simply refreshes the "Continue in browser page" Not logging in. It was suspected that this may be caused by my facebook acount being linked to my meta account. I have disconnected and reinstalled the hub, however this issue persists. Anyone have any issue with this and can advise?
can't switch the DEV mode on,never recieved a 6 digit code via text message (phone)
Hi, I'm stuck on my Quest 3, I can't switch the DEV mode on via my mobile app. So impossible to install apks and work... I have already been invited to join my organization so no need to create one, but I have to verify my account. For that, I need to enable a double authenticator by phone message (adding a credit card isn't an option). The problem is that I never receive the 6-digit code by phone message, I tried hard on it yesterday but without success and got my account temporarilly disabled. I have a google double auth on, it works well. Any idea how to resolve this issue and enable the dev mode ?? My phone number is French (+33 )
Can't Verify Oculus Developer Account
Hello! I can't seem to verify my account to become a developer. I have tried adding an authenticator (which adds successfully) and adding a phone number (verification text never comes through, tried on Chrome and Edge). Either way when I attempt to access 'My Apps' or 'Create an Organization' it brings me back to the 'Verify Your Oculus Developer Account' screen.
