Organization's admin verification using passport problem
I'm trying to make admin verification option under organization verification. I have tried to use the passport option and uploaded an image for my passport. Unfortunately, Meta have responded to me stating that they couldn't use my ID, although I have scanned my passport with a scanner to get the best image quality.can rarely submit to admin verification, and when i do it is rejected almost immediately
whenever i go to verification, upload my id, and press submit, most of the time it just pauses for a few seconds and goes back to the first menu that says your account information and the continue button, but the entire screen is darkened and you can’t press anything. if i successfully upload an image of my id, it gets rejected within around 30 minutes, even though it follows all requirements and is very readable. i’ve tried uploading my id multiple times, with different backgrounds and lighting, but they were all rejected. the id i’m using is my passport, as it is the only one i currently have available.
No Verification button in Org Manager
I have received emails about the need to verify the developer organization. I am trying to follow the directions on Developer Organization Verification | Oculus Developers for Admin verification. However, I have no Verification button on my Org Manager page. Could I please get some help to complete the verification? Thanks!
