The organization's admin verification cannot be resubmitted.
As a result of verifying the organization's administrator certification with my license, I received an e-mail stating that "The image of your license is not sufficient, please resubmit it". However, when I tried to resubmit the request on the certification page, it said, "Verification request under review." and I cannot resubmit the request. I cancelled the request once, but it is the same situation. Also, when I discussed the above matter with developer support, I was told that I should discuss the account level issue with https://store.facebook.com/help/support/, not developer support. However, even after consulting with the above, I was told that "this is not the place to discuss this issue" and the issue was not resolved. Does anyone else have a similar problem or know of a solution?Solved4.4KViews5likes6CommentsOrganization Verification not working with admin verification

What can i do?740Views0likes0CommentsRejection of admin verification request
I'm having no luck getting Meta to verify my admin request for my Meta Quest Developer account. I've uploaded a driver's license and passport as photo ID and made sure I adhered to all the stipulations for the image to be checked but I just get constantly rejected. I believe automatic detection is used to read information on the documents sent but it's either broken or too strict to pass anything. I've tried using different browsers as was suggested in a previous post but still no joy. Where do I go from here? Is there human support that I can contact to get verified?868Views0likes0CommentsDoes Meta work with indie developers? [Solved]
Meta rejected all my admin verification requests because they couldn't read the docs I sent them (multiple times with different lighting conditions (artificial and natural) and resolutions). They also suggest trying to verify as an organisation or with another admin account. But I'm the only admin, and I'm the only person that works on the project. Is it possible to release an app on AppLab without being an organisation? Like in the way you release apps on Apple's AppStore. Because right now, it seems like you have to have an organisation to be able to drop something on the AppLab (which is, I guess, supposed to be a little bit more friendly for indie devs and experimental projects).Solved2.4KViews0likes1Comment
