How to download CSV or Excel entries of Leaderboard Entries
Hello, We'd like to download the Leaderboard entry from the developer site, in order to analyze player behaviour in excel and to do better followup questions with testers. But currently, we have to click a leaderboard, check it, then go back one page, then click the next leaderboard. And if we have 25 songs, with 4 difficulties, we have over 100 leaderboards to check, each with 10 users. Is there a way to download this data as a CSV instead? It would be very useful.1.4KViews0likes2CommentsOculus Dashboard - Copies Sold Graph
Hello everyone, We use different back-ends to count our user base and the values differ significantly for various reasons. To compare the values, I have a question regarding the "Copies Sold" graph in the "Analytics Overview" panel of the Oculus dashboard. It tells me that it does not include entitlements due to keys, press, employees, etc., which is clear to me, but what about refunds? Are refunds somehow considered in this graph?728Views0likes0CommentsIs there an API to access analytics data?
Hello, colleagues at my company need an aggregated internal dashboard to access our key metrics plus internal stat KPIs based on the raw data. Does the platform provide APIs to access the data, if only number of daily installs per country? Or just access to a daily CSV containing all purchases? Thank you for your help,1.9KViews5likes1CommentDeveloper Dashboard Analytics .csv Export Disappeared
There used to be an export button for In-App Purchases, on both the overall revenue and bundle details. I use this data for our company to break down statistics down on a PowerBI dashboard, but since it disappeared I am out of luck. Is this a permanent change? Is this a temporary removal? What other routes are available to me for this data?1KViews0likes0CommentsMarketing Attribution broken
Hi there. Unfortunately the Marketing attribution page seems to be broken for us. We are running paid campaigns on external sites, but we cannot track the success of them (or calculate some metrics) because conversions do not show up on the Oculus Developer Dashboard (and the click counts dont match either). Since we are in AppLab where paid marketing the only way to grow, this sets us back extremely. We saw others with similar issue on Discord, we also created a support ticket but no help received yet.. Can anyone help us?2KViews2likes1Comment[BUG] - [Oculus Media Studio] - View Insights redirects to Oculus iframe with video player
Attempt to "View Insights" selection in https://creator.oculus.com/manage/mediastudio/library/, simply redirects to the standard iframe containing the Oculus video player and content details. Steps to reproduce: 1- Navigate to https://creator.oculus.com/manage/mediastudio/library/ 2- Authenticate with a Organization recognized account containing Editor+ permissions 3- From Media Studio, open Library and left click on "..." on the content 4- Select "View Insights" 5- Notice the iframe opens instead of the Analytics Insights selection from options on a video in the library. iframe with Oculus videoplayer and content details.1.8KViews0likes0CommentsAnalytics doesn't show for App Lab game with over 100 players
Hi, When I click Analytics in the developer dashboard I get this message: "This data isn't available because your app has less than 100 lifetime copies sold." According to other analytics we have we can see that more than 100 players have played the game. This is an Oculus Quest game on App Lab. Why is is not showing up? Thanks, Jonas2.5KViews0likes2CommentsData Streaming from Unity VR app to mobile (iOS/android/web) client
Hi there, I'm currently working on a VR app for a client, which will run on the Oculus Quest/Quest2. One of the base requirements is that the VR app can be interacted with from an external client application through two-way communication. The mobile client should be able to trigger certain events within the Quest app - for example, pause/continue/next scene/trigger sound, etc. The mobile client should also be able to receive data from the Quest app - things such as the user's performance metrics in a certain part of the experience. In my initial research, I've stumbled upon several options: UDP/threading/OSC/PUN/Mirror/Normcore/WebRTC, and I'm feeling slightly overwhelmed (I have no solid networking experience in the past). If possible I would like to avoid some of the heavier networking frameworks, as I want to avoid having to refactor all my code to accommodate for these. There isn't necessarily a need for full synchronization of game-states like there would on a real-time multiplayer game, only small custom data packets. Any guidance would be massively appreciated! I'm way in over my head at the moment. Thanks in advance. Pat12KViews3likes23Comments
