MQDH applab error uploading, no availble percentage upload bar ??!!
I don't know why Meta is making it so dam hard to upload a simple app for review, the app is running fine on the Quest 2, but uploading for review is something from the stone age, and very frustrating. A simple % percentage bar or counter that tells if you are uploading or not , and how much was uploaded until now is not difficult to make to help developers keep track of the already difficult upload process, you are left with many errors with no solution on how to resolve them, and a long log file that need an AI to determent where is the problem exactly, not to mention that random server upload errors that keep happening, so you don't know it are still uploading or it stopped for some reason, and the android permission errors that I can't find any solution for it, I can locate many developers on the forums that have the same problem, so why not make the process more simple to upload an app for review, or make a plugin that check your application and fix any android permissions and other requirements before app is uploaded or tell you how to fix them in development application in my case is UE5, before you are left with no solution to upload a simple app for review, thanks.1.1KViews0likes0CommentsNeed to have a way for App Lab Subscribed Users to choose which Release Channel they want to test
Presently, if a Subscribed User is in more than one Release Channel, they are prompted to download the latest build from any channel that they are subscribed to. We have the need to be able to test staging builds that target a staging database, and release builds that target a production database, and allow testers to switch between those builds. As far as I can tell, there is really no way to do this with the current Release Channels without creating an entirely separate app.3.1KViews3likes1CommentApp Lab Submission Approval
Hi, I previously uploaded an app on App Lab. It got flagged on one of the tests. Essentially, the test assumes I'm making a certain type of app. The app I uploaded is not of that type. The approval team and I spoke and got it resolved. It took over a month but we got there. I uploaded another app. Got flagged the same way. It is the exact same issue we resolved last time but with a new app. I intend to upload more apps which will most likely go through the same process. Reached out to the approval team. It's been a month and a half and no response. Can someone help? Thanks2.6KViews0likes1CommentOculus Developer - App Lab Submission Unavailable - Test Status Showing For Over A Day
Hi, We're working on a new app for Quest devices and have had no issues so far pushing alpha releases out to our test users however over the last few days our updates don't appear to become available even after 24 hours. After logging onto the developer console I can see both recent updates we've pushed still show "Malware Review Test Running". Usually this takes a matter of minutes but for some reason our recent updates won't go through. I'm assume this is why the updates aren't becoming available to our test users. Can someone please advise what we have to do?1.3KViews0likes0Comments
