Quest 3S stuck as “Not found” — unable to verify device or contact support
I own a Meta Quest 3S that is factory reset and shows a pairing code. My account lists the device under “Devices I own” as “Not found.” on the app even though it isnt paired, but shows like it is paired. Serial number, Amazon order number, and email verification ALL fail, which blocks me from opening a support ticket or live chat on the support page. This is a backend pairing/account issue. I need a Meta support agent to manually verify ownership and remove/reset the pairing record by serial number. I am unable to contact support through the website due to verification failure.
Meta quest 2 link app stuck on update drivers help!
my meta app has been stuck on update drivers this flag does not go away if i click update and let the app restart then restart pc i have also updated my other drivers tried clicking it with and without headset plugged in via cable anyone know how to fix? (pc is win 10 ltsc with amd 7600 gpu 5950x cpu headset is meta quest 2 on newest software released jan 18)
Meta Horizon Scrolling Bug
When I try to pair my quest 2 with the meta horizon app, I'm unable to scroll down and choose quest 2 on the device pairing page. I recently factory reseted the headset. Aditionally my phone is using the same network at the headset and has Bluetooth mode on. I've un-installed and re-installed the app 3 times, tried two family members phone's (also a samsung), and tried mirroring my phone to my computer's screen. can't pair Quest 3 with meta app on phone
My iPhone app says it found the headset, but the headset does not display the 5 digit code needed to complete the pairing. Instead my Quest 3 only offers the accounts that already are already set up in it. I have updated both the Quest 3 software and my iPhone Meta app, and restarted the headset twice to no effect.
After using the Quest 3S referral code, only the referring account does not receive Meta credits.
【Environment】 ・Device: Meta Quest 3S ・Referral Type: Headset Referral Program ・Region/Store: Japan 【Situation】 ・I own two Meta accounts. - Account A: The account I normally use on Meta Quest 3 - Account B: An account with no headset usage history ・After logging into the web version with each account to check, the “Referrals” tab was only visible on Account A. ・Therefore, I determined Account A was the account capable of issuing referral links and sent my family a Quest 3S referral link from Account A. ・My family member clicked that referral link, created their own Meta account, and completed the Quest 3S setup. ・After setup completion, Meta Credits were correctly awarded to the family member's account. ・However, Meta Credits were not awarded to my Account A, the referring account. [Confirmed Details] ・Confirmed the family member used my referral link. ・Re-logged into both the Meta Quest app and browser on Account A and checked the Wallet/Credit balance, but no referral credits were displayed. ・Should not have forgotten to use the referral code or sent it from another account. 【What I Want to Know / Consultation】 ・In this situation where “only the referred party received credits, not the referrer,” are there any possible causes? ・If there is a delay in reflecting referral credits, what is the maximum waiting period? ・If this is a system issue or requires manual intervention, please advise which support channel to contact and what information I should provide.Worlds horizon is « unavailable » but I live in France ! I bought my brand new meta quest 3 and I suddenly don’t find worlds available for the download. I used my meta profil in another meta quest 3 headset a couple of weeks ago but I wasn’t the owner of that headset, but worlds worked just fine. I haven’t been banned or anything. I just can’t download it on my meta quest as if it wasn’t supported but I live in France and it’s on the supported counties list ! What can I do ??
