Hi, I think a great benefit/feature for the native Files app on the Meta Quest 3 would be the addition of connecting to local SMB/NFS shares with local media. This is supported by relevant third party paid media apps and if supported by native Meta Quest Files app it would provide additional options for accessing personal video collections of family photos. Also the SMB/NFS share connections should be remembered/saved after initial configuration so that Meta Quest usedmon home WiFi network regurarly can access the shares instantly.5.4KViews11likes2CommentsPurchase Failed - This item isn't set for purchases yet.
Hi, We recently released our "SetVr Xl-Unleashed" application in the Meta App lab. We are selling this application at 19.99$. When our users from the US region tried to purchase this application, their Purchase failed. They tried 3-4 times but every time, the same result. Please see the attached images for reference. Two of our developers got a error in the "UserAgeCategory.Get().OnComplete" callback that just said "400". I can't find anything about what this error message could indicate. Doesn't seem to happen to me I think I'm the only one who "Owns" the game The other are invited to separate branches (not sure if that counts as owning, as it passes the entitlement check), so I'm wondering if this has something to do with developer accounts or something else?535Views0likes0CommentsRetrieve a list of Games in user's Oculus Library?
hi, I've been working on a Discord Bot to help users find other users in the same discord server that own a specified game (an LFG bot) So far I've only implemented this with steam, and by popular demand, I'm now investigating if i can add the meta game library to the bot. On steam, The user logs into their steam account and the bot remembers their user ID and retrieves a list of all the games they have in their library Is it possible to do this with Meta and the Oculus library?560Views0likes0CommentsApp Lab Alpha Release Channel - users not getting opt in email
I have added several users to the alpha release channel of my app, but no one is getting notifications in their emails and no one can see the app in their library. The documentation on this is confusing, here it says they will get an email once I've added them (but they are not getting the email) https://developer.oculus.com/resources/publish-release-channels-add-users/ here it says the app will show up in "my preview apps" but doesn't mention the notification email https://developer.oculus.com/resources/publish-release-channels/ In addition I can't seem to change the app banner without doing a final submission, that's not helping anyone find it in their library either. How can I change the icon?2.3KViews2likes3CommentsNo account able to get access to the Alpha channel.
There is no way we can get an account subscribed to the Alpha channel of our app after being subscribed to another app from the same organization (Us). The problem is that after sucesfully inviting the user and accepting the invitation despite of the fact that the "Congratulations" page did appear, officially subscribing the user to the Alpha app that app does not appear on the subscribed apps section and there is no trace of it on the Meta quest 2 Library on the headset. This is a big problem for me and I do not know any way around it, I need the same user to be able to test my 2 alphas, not only 1 of them. Any help?1.1KViews1like1Comment
