Bought the game, money transfered, but the game is not in library and appears as ready to buy.
Hello, I just bought Beat Saber on Oculus 2, authorized the payment on my phone, then went back to headset. I was prompted to type the pin to authrize the purchase, so I did, money were transfered from my account, but then it showed me an error while verifying the purchase. The Beat Saber is not in my library and in the app store it still looks like ready to buy, so I did it again and the whole process was the same. So now I have no game, yet I paid for two and don't know what to do. There is no purchase under my account that I can try to track with some ID, so what now? Anyone experienced a similar problem? Thanks in advance.
Beat Saber alternate maps disappeared
Hi All, I hadn’t used my Quest 3 for about a year but decided to get it out recently. I went to play the Imagine Dragons songs and all the newer alternative maps have disappeared. In fact, it’s possible all the alternative maps have disappeared from my headset. Has anyone else experienced this and can anyone tell me how to get them back please?

purchased games for child account
I’m a parent managing a child account. My child is the Oculus user. She wants to play Beat Saber so I purchased it from the store and gave her permission to use it, but in her headset it just says “Request sent.” I’m sure I must be missing a step, but I have no idea how to get her access to this game. I hope someone can help! wd
