Earnings Data Lagging Behind Analytics by One Week – Bonus Not Updating
Hello, We’ve noticed that the Estimated June Bonus Earnings have not updated since June 17th, 2025. Normally, this data updates with a two-day delay, so we’re concerned that it may no longer be tracking correctly. As we rely on this data to calculate payments for our developers, we would appreciate it if you could look into this issue at your earliest convenience. Additionally, another company informed us that they don't see the option to sign up for the June bonus, even though the signup period should still be open until the end of today. Hello All I have been constantly asking for help with "meta support" for MONTHS now, I applied to be a partner last year and everytime I check it just says Submission "under review". I want to do my own clothes shop, but cant do it until they put me as partner, Ive asked why its taking so long as I applied in Nov last lyear and i keep getting fobbed off or directed somewhere else who then tell me to go back to the orginal place i started. My other issue is its asking me to update my account information and when i chick update it say something went wrong whilst transmitting data, please try again later. I am sick of going artound in circles with no answers so does anyone know who to speak to or how i esculate this as a complaint, ps i have done the trouble shooting steps...
Can't update payout account info
Good afternoon! I've been trying for weeks to update my payout account info to fix a typo in the address, but every single time I end up with this error: "Something went wrong when securely transmitting your data. Please try again." This has been going on for weeks (4-6), I've tried with different browsers, many times. I've even opened a ticket in the Meta Portal Support, and after many messages they closed it because "We cannot assist you with your Changing payout address situation because we provide support for Meta Store products and services only.". I can't add my tax info because it's automatically using the wrong address. Has anyone run into a similar problem? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks
Let us see an estimate of our bonus earnings each month
Upvote this post if you want to be able to see your estimated bonus earnings for the month. I believe it would motivate us if we knew where we were at with the bonus throughout the month. We would know if any world needs attention, and know which category we need to work on the most. The estimate could work the same way the IWP bonus used to work, how it fluctuated throughout the month based on the current numbers. Whatever the bonus was at the end of the month is how much we earned.
