Meta Quest 3 Stuck In Boot Loop and In Locked State
First of all my headsets lock state says locked, I was just booting up my meta quest 3 to play some gorilla tag(like always) and I was able to boot up the hedseat but the hedseat wasnt tracking properly, i was able to boot up gorilla tag before my hedseat fully shut down, when i tried to boot it up again it started a boot loop. Tried to shut it down using the USB something screen(idk the full name) and forcefully shut it down, boot it up again after 5 minutes, still a bootloop, reset the headset a few more times, boot loop stopped but i still couldnt boot it up, left it there, it booted up, couldnt do anything cause my headset wasnt tracking anything and cameras were just not working, since i couldnt do anything i shut it down, boot loop started again and i currently have the headset shut down, what should i do?

Boot looping in boot menu (USB update mode)
Dear All, My Meta Quest 2 can't work after software update. So reboot the device, and go into the boot menu. In the boot menu there was a button to change slot, I switched the boot slot from A to slot B After switching, the system looping in boot menu (USB update mode), and can't factory reset or sideload At the same, time slot change button disappeared from the reboot menu. My Recovery procedures as following: 1) C:\platform-tool>fastboot devices 1WMHHBXXXXXXXX fastboot (confirm usb cable can connect to the device) 2) C:\platform-tool>fastboot getvar current-slot current-slot: b (confirm boot slot has changed) 3) C:\platform-tool>fastboot --set-active=a Setting current slot to 'a' FAILED (remote: 'Operation Not Permitted') fastboot: error: Command failed (try change the boot slot, but fail) 4) Use "Update Meta Quest software", the software can download, but installation fail with the following message: Error installing recovery image Please try reconnecting your device, or contact our support team. (I have try the above with different browser and PCs) I hope anyone can give me a help to solve the problem. Thank You!

Quest 3 stuck in an update boot loop
I own two Meta Quest 3 devices with Meta Warranty Plus coverage. The headset had been successfully paired with the Meta Quest app on my phone and had been in use since mid-January 2024. The headset had previously updated apps. I'm unaware if the OS and / or firmware had performed any updates. No error messages have been displayed, only the behavior as described and linked in video above. All accessories have been removed from the headset. Headset was fully charged when the issue began, has been allowed to fully discharge, and has fully charged again (LED is green). Issue persists. Two factory resets have been performed via power button and - volume key combination. Issue persists immediately after the reset with no successful boot. Headset was purchased directly from Meta in January, has had no other owners and has been used with care and stored in appropriate conditions free of sunlight, excessive heat, etc. I own the original device box with barcodes and serial numbers. Please advise of steps to have this issue rectified.

Quest 3 stuck on spinning meta symbol
I also emailed support but thought I would try this as well. I have a meta quest 3 (7ish weeks old). I worked out yesterday morning with Supernatural and it was fine. Plugged it in after I was done. A couple hours later, went to put it back on and had a few things happen. I got the SIM card symbol with the arrow and the green loading bar. Then I got the spinning meta sign just constantly spinning. Then the spinning meta going to black then coming back on and spinning (repeating). I have also gotten the image of a little robot lying on his back looking dead. We have tried a few things: 1. Hold power down for 30 seconds to restart - doesn’t work 2. Power and volume down, did a hard reboot - doesn’t work 3. Did everything on that menu including a factory reset - doesn’t work What next? Please help!

My headset is stuck in a boot loop - Quest 2
Hi guys, My quest 2 has been working perfectly since i got in on 22nd of october. Now suddenly it will not boot up anymore. When I turn it on, it shows the oculus logo, stays there for a few seconds, then shuts down for a few seconds, and then shows the logo again, shuts down, logo, shuts down.... The only way I can really stop this, is by acessing the usb update menu on one of the loops and selecting "Power off". I have tried all the options and they do nothing. If I select "boot device", it starts the boot loop again as before. The same thing happens if I select "factory reset". Once I confirm that i want to factory reset it, it just goes back into the boot loop, and nothing else happens. So yes, i did try to factory reset it, but it just doesnt work. Any ideas and tips would be greatly apreciated.
