Handwritten responses on rayban display glass
I signed up for early access on my display glasses and neural band and received an update alert that there were new features for handwritten responses and teleprompter. I updated my band and glasses, but I am not able to access handwritten responses in either Messenger or WhatsApp. The options to answer are still just video call, audio message, dictate or photograph. How do I get this working?
Neural band pairing issue
I successfully paired the meta display glasses. But when I come to the next step with the neural band, I press the button 3 seconds, it vibrates and starts flashing white quickly. The app detects the band and starts pairing. But, instead of starting to flash white slowly as the app shows, it just turns off. And then, the app shows an error. Heeeelp!Update installed wrong or bug, fixable or not? (Or refund?)
I recently bought a gunstock. I play a game called ghosts of tabor specifically. When i try to grip the front of my gun with my left trigger, i can't. This is because my left hand is too much to the right. This is caused by an update installed wrong or just a bug that's causing it. I am on meta quest 2. Is this fixable, or do i have to get a whole new headset just for that problem? It is a tracking issue, but i'm just not sure. Any help?
Allow us to connect WhatsApp for Business with Rayban
Good morning fellas, I bought the new Meta Rayban yesterday and I find them much better than the old ones I only have one problem, from the settings you can connect a Whatsapp account for messages etc etc, the problem is that I use Whatsapp business and it is not possible to connect them to this app. The assistance confirmed it to me and told me to write a post here with a request to the developers so that they can make this whatsapp business also connectable. It would be enough to give the choice once you click on “connect” between one or the other whatsapp in my opinion. Does anyone have the same problem as me?
V81.1034 latest release now detecting usb 3 as usb2
So, having updated to 5131230.22000.520 on 29th Oct, I noticed performance was slow - noticable lag connecting over the link cable. Previous build was fine. I then ran a usb test and it appears its now detecting my USB 3 connection as USB 2 and in the link software I know have an exclamation mark telling me to try USB 3. Its telling me my link speed is 340meg. So i wonder if some regression has crept in the release and now we are missing USB 3 support. Note my pc is AMD chipset based. Nothing else has changed on PC. Meta really do need to do a far better job of testing against pc's !!! its not the first time we've had major issues.Can't change/edit my Horizon Avatar
Hello, I'm experiencing a frustrating bug in Quest 3: In Horizon Worlds, I can no longer change or edit my avatar (my in-game character)! Even when I'm looking in the mirror in my home apartment, the edit button on the right side of the window doesn't work... nothing happens. Restarting Quest 3 didn't help, and neither did clearing the cache. I've already submitted a bug report several times, but so far, no solution. Have any of you encountered a similar problem, or do you have any ideas on how to fix it? Or do I just have to wait for the next update and hope it works then? Best regards, Tomyi
Instagram not showing up in connections for Meta Raybans?!
I have looked everywhere and can’t seem to find a fix for this?! Instagram isn’t showing up in connections at all? Any ideas? And no it’s nothing to with the language I’ve already tried that theory. And yes everything is updated and I’ve repaired the glasses a few times even reinstalled is instagram a few times.
Locked out of main account. 2FA SMS not sending, Authenticator option missing
Hello Meta Support Team and Community, I am writing from a secondary account because I am completely locked out of my main account, which holds all my game purchases and history. The Issue: I am stuck in a verification loop. When I try to log in on PC or the Mobile App, the system asks for an SMS code. However, I am not receiving any SMS codes despite multiple attempts over the last 24 hours. Technical Details: Missing 2FA Option: I have previously set up an Authenticator App, but the login screen (auth.meta.com) does not show the dropdown menu to switch from "SMS" to "Authenticator App". It forces SMS verification, which is broken. "Too Many Attempts": Due to retrying, I am now getting a "Too many attempts" error. Support Block: When I tried to contact support via WhatsApp using the provided number, my number was automatically flagged/blocked by the bot, so I cannot open a ticket there. Proof of Ownership: My Meta Quest headset is currently logged in and working with this account. I have access to the email address associated with the account. I can provide the Headset Serial Number and previous purchase receipts via Private Message. Request: Please open a support ticket for me or provide a way to disable 2FA temporarily so I can regain access and fix my security settings. I simply need to bypass the broken SMS verification.
