Oakley Vanguard's Microphone not working since last software update
Happening to me now, 6 months old and used maybe 10 times. I have done everything the terrible Meta support pages suggest. Un-paired and re-paired. Restored to factory Cleared the speaker. Uninstalled and re-installed the software on my phone. Release version 124 and since then the glasses dont respond to Hey Meta or OK Meta and nobody can here me if i answer a call or try and respond to a WhatsApp message. Strangely though if i want to use the translate function that works just fine, go figure. I have removed all app connections that i had previously setup, tried in English UK and English USA langauges, nothing works to get the glasses to hear the Hey Meta or OK Meta voice prompts.
V81 Bug? Menu won't appear when turning on Quest 3
Recently got access to the PTC for V81, and all seemed fine. But I turned on my Quest 3 and the menu won't appear at all, even after holding down the right controller button and even testing it with hand tracking... HOWEVER... This issue seems to be hit and miss. When I was ready to give up and do a factory reset, turned my headset on and randomly the menu appeared again. It sometimes disappears if I leave my headset on standby for a while, and sometimes disappears if I turn it off and on, and sometimes just randomly appears. Is this a common bug or does anyone have any potential fixes? I have tried launching games from the app and it did work one time, despite it showing the launch and install on headset, even when the app is already installed. I understand it's a beta and could be a bug but wondering if it's just me. Also, when the menu doesn't appear, if I were to hold the power button, it just shuts down, it doesn't give me the option to reset or anything. Any help greatly appreciated 😁
Mic issues on Meta Ray-ban Display
Hi! I have been using it daily since October and I love the day to day with it on my updated Android. This morning I ran into a problem: the microphone on my glasses stopped working on my phone. My main case of wearing glasses is still using them as a headset for calls and sending voice messages. It is updated to the last version available. I've tried factory restoration (also unpair and re-pair) and nothing. I already had a first generation with a very similar problem, but there it was possible to remedy the problem by activating an option in the app settings. However, we do not have that option here. Anyone else with this problem and/or solution?
Meta glasses audio recording not working
Hello, I have a pair of meta glasses that I have been using for a couple of months now. I recently recorded a video of me at an ATM and during the video my glasses seem to have a muffled static during the video (I was going to attach the 25 second video but I cannot). Unfortunately, the beginning of this video is the last time I’ve had adequate and working audio recording. I would love any assistance here if possible, thank you. Note that I have already used the hold capture button feature to clear any moisture and also factory reset the glasses.
Vanguard Charging Issue (Red flashing LED)
My new Meta Vanguard sunglasses (one day old) won't charge. I'm getting a constant flashing red LED, even though the case is fully charged (green LED). l've cleaned the contacts and tried a factory reset, but no change. Has anyone had this issue or found a fix?

After the April 22 update on my Meta Quest 3, the Window Controls Menu freezes in Passthrough mode. When I open the menu from a window, it appears as a ghost overlay and cannot be selected or dismissed. Controllers and hand tracking do not interact with it. If I open the menu from another window, the frozen overlay moves to the new position but remains unusable. This means whenever I want to use window control features such as curved screen mode, Focus Mode, brightness adjustment, or other window options, I cannot do so because the menu immediately freezes and remains stuck on the screen once opened. This issue only occurs in Passthrough mode. In virtual environments, the problem does not occur. Please investigate this bug.
