Error While Processing APK/OBB Files During Quest App Upload
I'm encountering an issue while uploading a build for my Quest app. The build includes an APK and OBB file, and I’m using the latest version of the Oculus CLI (v1.103.0.000001). The validation passes successfully, but during the processing of the APK file, I receive the following error message: "Sorry, we encountered a problem while processing the file that you uploaded. Please try again later." :cross_mark: ERROR: Sorry, we encountered a problem while processing the file that you uploaded. Please try again later. 2024-09-20T08:38:58.390Z [ERROR] Server log: {"app_id":7362585187111727,"client":"ODH","log_level":"ERROR","event_name":"USER_ERROR","stack_trace":"UserVisibleError: Sorry, we encountered a problem while processing the file that you uploaded. We do have a builds that were uploaded yesterday and are fine. Could it be related to the Meta platform’s processing?536Views1like0CommentsControllers not functioning properly when grabbing objects that cant be moved freely.
I use the d-link Air Link with the quest 2. Whenever inside a game I grab a lever or a dial, the controllers start acting differently. If it's a dial then it won't spin as much as my hand, or it'll spin out of control. If it's a lever it'll either almost not move at all or just jump between on and of.726Views0likes0CommentsWebGL context lost after oculus browser update
Hi I have encountered weird issue that is manifesting only on our Oculus Quest 2 after web browser update. If you open up Shapespark viewer on Oculus Browser in Oculus Quest 2 headset there is an issue with meeting mode. The WebGL Context is briefly lost and restored (or will crash browser) Link to example meeting: https://kamilmodzelewski.shapespark.com/shapes/#meeting-key=J4FAMBpIgXKAW1kD I have tested meeting feature on multiple devices, multiple systems, various browsers. Meetings had worked fine before Oculus Browser update to Chromium version: 104.0.5112.111. (not sure what versions was before update) Issue is still present after update to Chromium version: 106.0.5249.168 There are no errors that could point me in right direction when debugging issue with Chrome developers tools (only WebGL Context Lost) The issue might occur during Twilio preflight phase: https://www.twilio.com/docs/video/troubleshooting/preflight-api. Any advice would help!818Views0likes0Comments
