Vanguard Charging Issue (Red flashing LED)
My new Meta Vanguard sunglasses (one day old) won't charge. I'm getting a constant flashing red LED, even though the case is fully charged (green LED). l've cleaned the contacts and tried a factory reset, but no change. Has anyone had this issue or found a fix?
Gift purchases not sending email codes, money taken, no real support
I’ve tried multiple times to send a game as a gift (to my friend’s email and even my own alt). Each time, the money is deducted and I receive the Meta Horizon Store receipt, but the actual gift code email never arrives. Support has been no help at all — the only answer I get is “wait 30 days for an automatic refund if you can’t find the email.” This is not acceptable when real money is involved and the problem is clearly on Meta’s side. If there is an issue with Meta’s email/SMTP system for game gifts, it needs to be acknowledged and fixed immediately, instead of leaving customers stuck for a month with no product and no solution.
Neural band pairing issue
I successfully paired the meta display glasses. But when I come to the next step with the neural band, I press the button 3 seconds, it vibrates and starts flashing white quickly. The app detects the band and starts pairing. But, instead of starting to flash white slowly as the app shows, it just turns off. And then, the app shows an error. Heeeelp!Update installed wrong or bug, fixable or not? (Or refund?)
I recently bought a gunstock. I play a game called ghosts of tabor specifically. When i try to grip the front of my gun with my left trigger, i can't. This is because my left hand is too much to the right. This is caused by an update installed wrong or just a bug that's causing it. I am on meta quest 2. Is this fixable, or do i have to get a whole new headset just for that problem? It is a tracking issue, but i'm just not sure. Any help?
Allow us to connect WhatsApp for Business with Rayban
Good morning fellas, I bought the new Meta Rayban yesterday and I find them much better than the old ones I only have one problem, from the settings you can connect a Whatsapp account for messages etc etc, the problem is that I use Whatsapp business and it is not possible to connect them to this app. The assistance confirmed it to me and told me to write a post here with a request to the developers so that they can make this whatsapp business also connectable. It would be enough to give the choice once you click on “connect” between one or the other whatsapp in my opinion. Does anyone have the same problem as me?V81.1034 latest release now detecting usb 3 as usb2
So, having updated to 5131230.22000.520 on 29th Oct, I noticed performance was slow - noticable lag connecting over the link cable. Previous build was fine. I then ran a usb test and it appears its now detecting my USB 3 connection as USB 2 and in the link software I know have an exclamation mark telling me to try USB 3. Its telling me my link speed is 340meg. So i wonder if some regression has crept in the release and now we are missing USB 3 support. Note my pc is AMD chipset based. Nothing else has changed on PC. Meta really do need to do a far better job of testing against pc's !!! its not the first time we've had major issues.
