Quest 2 Oculus button not bringing up the menu
Apologies in advance if this has been answered elsewhere, I haven't managed to find a solution anywhere. On my quest 2, for a few months now, I haven't been able to bring up the oculus menu in a game with the oculus button to quit or capture content. I used to be able to tap the button and the menu would come up, but it does nothing now. I can still long press to reset my view, so the button technically works, but it just doesn't bring up the menu. To quit games I either have to restart my headset or use an in-game menu if it has one. Again, sorry if this is a dumb question, hoping I'm just being stupid and not doing something right. Any advice is appreciated.Solved54KViews2likes45CommentsRight Quest 3S Controller Triggers not working (again?)
I seem to be having an issue that was relevant 6 months ago, yet none of the recommended fixes worked for me, so I'll be taking my chances here. The left controller works completely fine, however on my right controller, none of the triggers works. Both the grip and index triggers does not trigger in game, or in menu. The capacitive sensors work flawlessly, though, and track how close my finger is on the index finger trigger just fine. The buttons and joystick work fine, too. It's just those two most important buttons that do not work. I've tried unpairing (on headset and on app), removing the battery on the controller for hours, resetting my headset, and none of it worked. Help is greatly appreciated!27Views0likes0CommentsQuest Pro Power Button no longer working shortly after purchase.
I purchased a Quest Pro a few months ago, and it was all in working order but then a update happened and the power button all of a sudden stopped working. Now my Quest Pro is dead, and its charging, however I cannot turn it on even though the battery says 75%, and there is absolutely no response from the power button at all. If there is a workaround that way i can turn my headset on and actually use it that would be great. Thank you.43Views1like4CommentsUI buttons only work after the first click
Is any one else experiencing this? My buttons do not work the first time you click them but once past the first click they work 100%. I'm building using the new updates for both Unity 2019.3.5f1 and Oculus 14.0 Any ideas as to what is causing this are welcome. Hello, I'm using ALVR to connect Quest to my PC. I have a problem when developing anything with my Oculus Quest in Unity. I found that button One on each controller doesn't seem to work when playing in Unity. When I write: Debug.Log(OVRInput.Get(OVRInput.Button.Any)); it only prints true when pressing anything except button A and X on controllers. Do you guys have any fix that?
