Casting problem
On meta quest Vr I call people on the Vr on WhatsApp they can hear me but they can’t hear the game. The game name is blade and sorcery. On youtube they can hear it and aim xr. I tried looking for if i muted it but i couldnt see anything that may make it do that. Casting the audio just wont work.
No audio when Casting to my phone via the Meta Horizon app
As the title says, when I try to cast from our Quest 3S to my phone (Samsung Galaxy 25 Ultra), video comes through fine but no audio is cast. Which is an issue, given that we're trying to watch my nephew play BeatSaber and can't hear the music. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app, power cycling the headset and phone, ensured both are on the same wifi network, and making sure all software is up to date. I can't find a setting that'll affect it. Thanks for any help you can give!
Question about casting
Hello, I am reaching out on behalf of one of our clients who has been trying to cast the view from our app to another screen. They mentioned they could not hear the audio from our app on the screen they were casting to. I wanted to ask if there may be some additional recommendations I can share with our client for a smoother casting experience. The main thing I had in mind are making sure that both the headset and the screen being casted to are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, but are there other suggestions like a minimum download/upload speed, etc. that I can share with their IT team so they can further diagnose?
