Anker Quest 2 controller not docking properly
I'm having an issue with the Anker charging dock for the right controller. No matter how many times i adjust the battery in the controller and the controller itself on the dock, the light continuously flashes amber. The metal strips on the batteries are all lined up and everything. I even switched the batteries between the controllers. The left one seems to charge just fine, but the right controller can never seem to charge properly.2KViews1like2CommentsEu charger adapter included in the oculus quest?
I really want to buy the oculus quest but I live in the EU. I am going to buy it from the Oculus store, but what I don't know is if I will get the EU charger or an American one. And if I get the American one, do I then have to buy the EU charger separately?1.6KViews0likes2CommentsQuest 2 Elite Strap Battery charging slow
I've just received the Elite Strap with Battery for the Quest 2 a couple of days ago and I noticed that it charges extremely slow compared to the headset. It takes about 7 hours to get a full charge (while having the headset already charged at 100%). I am using the stock charger and cable from my Quest 2. Is this normal or is the battery faulty?1.3KViews0likes1CommentCrackling noise while quest 2 is asleep
Since I got my device a few months ago I've noticed that it makes some crackling noises while it is charging. It is technically in "sleep" mode, and the sounds seems to be coming out of the speakers. Everything is working fine, the device is fine except that it makes this poping/cracking noise every half hour or few hours - Doesn't seem to be consistent on how often it makes it. I've tried closing the game/program before putting it to sleep and even unplugging it and it still makes the noise. Any idea what it might be?729Views0likes0CommentsOculus Quest not charging/charging slowly
Hello. I have an Oculus Quest since a year and a half now, and it always had worked well. I was playing as usual two days ago when I had to interrupt my playing session without turning the headset off, thinking it was gonna turn off by itself. Which it usually do. And it did, but since then, my oculus quest doesn't want to charge anymore. The led was not turning on while charging, until I moved the charger a little bit . The led was turned on, but the thing is , the headset was charging really slowly. (5% for 3 hours or something like that.) I made a ticket on the support service , and I'm still waiting for an answer, so I'm asking this on the forum hoping someone will help. I already tried to reboot the headset, turn it off via using the power and the lower volume button, and it just doesn't work. Also the adaptator is making some buzzing sounds while plugged in and plugged out, I don't know if it has a link but...it is what it is. Thank you for helping me out !1.3KViews0likes1CommentCharging issues
Dear support, When I got my oculus [its brand new, arrived a week ago] quest it was charging fine, it seemed a little slow but not sure if that was normal. A couple of days later it started taking so long to charge, I would leave it charged for hours and it would only go up 1 or 2 percent. The orange light is on and it says that it’s charging but it doesn’t seem to above 20-30 percent or so.WHAT CAN DO ?1.7KViews0likes8CommentsDoes Quest have smart charging capability?
I purchased a 4 month old Quest last week for half price after Quest 2 announcement. Can I keep the Quest on the charger for extended periods of time when I am not playing it, without the penalty of battery degradation? Do I have to disconnect Quest from the charger once battery reaches 100% charge?457Views0likes0Comments
