Issue With Horizon World Becoming Permanently Members-Only
Hello, I’m a new Horizon Worlds creator and I’m having an issue with one of my worlds unexpectedly becoming permanently “Members Only.” The world was originally published normally and I was actively building and pricing commerce items inside it. I was also able to invite people to the world successfully. For several days, the toggle that controls whether the world is publicly searchable appeared grayed out and unavailable. Today, I was adjusting visibility settings and briefly saw the toggle become available. I enabled public/searchable visibility, but when I attempted to publish again, the world suddenly switched itself to “Members Only.” The interface now says the world is hidden and can never be published again. I did not intentionally convert the world into a permanently hidden members-only world, and I’m trying to understand: whether this behavior was intentional, whether the world can be restored to a publishable/public state, and whether this may have been caused by a bug or incorrect setting transition. I was able to clone the world, but unfortunately all commerce item pricing/linkage data was lost in the process, which represents a large amount of work. I also want to mention that I previously received several automated item restrictions on clothing items, but almost all appeals were approved successfully. I do not know whether those events are related to the world visibility issue. Could someone please clarify: Why the searchable/public toggle was unavailable for several days, Why the world switched to Members Only unexpectedly, Whether the original world can be restored to a normal publishable state, And whether commerce linkage/pricing data can be recovered or transferred. Thank you for your help.53Views0likes1CommentItem insight sales
Is this updated in real time? Or does it take a while to update? My sales are showing as 0(zero) on the dashboard I've been making and publishing avatar items and sold some clothing items to a user that requested some to be made I know they have bought some items because I've sent them wear the items. Apologies if this is an open discussion elsewhere. I couldn't find an answer so thought I would ask Thank youSolved129Views0likes1CommentIs that normal???

I clicked on support link and i recieved a message via a legitimate looking email suposedly from a "Brock" that requested social security number and 5 months worth of bank statements in order to get paid. Is this normal? In thr beginning of the discussion i did give up my bank account and routing number (supposedly for them to verify) but none of the other requested info. is THIS NORMAL? OR HAVE I BEEN Hacked? and where/who do i go to to fix this and to get paid? Hi there, Since this morning, i have been unable to access the Quests & Rewards option in the Meta Horizon mobile application. When accessed through the button with the 3 lines in the main screen and then clicking the according Quests & Rewards button i receive the error: "Error: Relay: Unexpected response payload - check server logs for details Relay: Unexpected response payload - check server logs for details" I have been unable to rectify this error. So far i have tried on different networks, 5g mobile network, cleared cache, cleared data, restarted phone, tried on 2nd phone (same meta account), uninstalled and reinstalled the app but all to no avail. Has anyone else encountered this issue and has anyone been able to get in? I was told in Horizon central there is another way to get in from your profile, however my app doesnt seem show the same content there as other users seem to have. So there is no alternative way for me to access Quests & Rewards that i know of. Any help would be appreciated. Regards115Views0likes2CommentsTrying to Understand Where I Went Wrong...
I've only been creating clothes for a couple days now. I spent some time creating an overalls set, but when I went to save it, I was given the error: "The item you created goes against our standards and guidelines and cannot be saved to your inventory". No further information was given or available, I read through guides I could find, and didn't see where I went wrong, so I would appreciate some insight. Thanks in advance for your time and communication! Wingnut182Views1like7CommentsUV Map changes
I'm trying to texture a few of the new full body outfit. The dresses. I used the instructions from the tutorials on youtube. When I export from substance and then back to meta, the uv maps are different. See pictures below. The first image is my uv map after I bring into blender then texture in substance. Is there some settings I need to change? I exported as 2048 x 2048 Can anyone tell me the solution for this or is there something wrong on your end? Thank youSolved205Views0likes4Comments
