No email confirmation code for business verification
Why on earth everytime i want to verify my business i get stuck waiting for email confirmation? Also, is there any real Meta support for us develpers to chat? i need to verify my business, and always end waiting for the confirmation code mail. So sad to see Meta keeps making our work almost imposible, draining our productivity time with things like these. Please avoid blaming Outlook or email settings, we already been there. We are urgently seeking to resolve this issue, given your deadline and the threat to remove the app from the store. It has already been 4 months that we have been in this situation. Hello, I recently have been working on adding In-App-Purchases into my game, and I've earned a pretty nice amount of money off of this that I was hoping to use to pay my team with. I recently got a monthly statement, the amount looked just about right, however, no actual money has been sent anywhere. What do I do about this? How can I get the money? I've crossed the $100 required to receive my payout, so I should have received. Is there some kind of delay that occurs? Thanks!
Changing package name
I loaded an package with the wrong name. If I try to load an new package with a new name, I get an error: com.OldComp.OldName ---> com.NewComp.NewName This upload uses a new package name, "com.NewComp.NewName", but the package name must not change between versions. Please upload a new build with the original package name, "com.OldComp.OldName". how i can change package name?
Unable to create new Add-Ons on the Meta Quest Developer Dashboard
For several days now we've been unable to create new Add-ons. We've filled out the details, pricing and metadata, but the publish button never becomes clickable. We've successfully added new add-ons as recently as Nov 25th, but now it has stopped working. Anyone else?
Oculus Dashboard - Copies Sold Graph
Hello everyone, We use different back-ends to count our user base and the values differ significantly for various reasons. To compare the values, I have a question regarding the "Copies Sold" graph in the "Analytics Overview" panel of the Oculus dashboard. It tells me that it does not include entitlements due to keys, press, employees, etc., which is clear to me, but what about refunds? Are refunds somehow considered in this graph?
Developer Dashboard Analytics .csv Export Disappeared
There used to be an export button for In-App Purchases, on both the overall revenue and bundle details. I use this data for our company to break down statistics down on a PowerBI dashboard, but since it disappeared I am out of luck. Is this a permanent change? Is this a temporary removal? What other routes are available to me for this data?I can't see any add-on keys on my developer dashboard
Hi, I'm trying to work with Add-On keys for our game. I've generated few hundred keys and was able to download them, but they are never appearing on my side in a Keys => Add-On section, I've attached a screenshot how it's looks like on my side (guy from tech support was able to see the keys on his side and asked me to create a topic here, since it's looks like a dashboard bug).
