Quest 2 and ADB stopped working
Hello! I've been using MQDH with Quest2 for almost a year now and they used to work perfectly fine, but since a few days ago, every time I connect my Quest 2 via Link Cable, it is detected and shown as below: However, if I try to issue any command whatsoever, be it a push, install, reconnect, etc, it turns offline. This can be seen by simply opening the Meta Quest Developer Hub. It initially appears as following: But as soon as one of those commands "finishes" (they always fail), this is the screen I'm left with. I have tried issuing `adb reconnect offline`, which simply makes the device completely vanish from the devices list. Needing a reboot of the device (and a unplug/plug of the USB cable) for it to reappear. I have tried deleting the adb keys and re-authorizing; rebooting the adb server; disabling and re-enabling the developer mode; factory resetting the Quest 2; disabling Oculus Air Link; changing which adb version to use; clean reinstall of Windows; all above with no other program running on PC, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe it was something in the last update? I can't find a way to rollback and test. Hi everyone, I'm trying to save a spatial anchor, but the method "var result = await anchor.SaveAnchorAsync();" is causing this error: 2024/10/18 10:41:34.675 9468 9487 Error OVRPlugin [SaveSpaces] m_XR_META_spatial_entity_persistence extension is not supported. Hi, thanks for help, I got a problem making a login, I'm using the virtual keyboard, so there's an option where you can change the position, if you need it near or far, I'm using the near option, i did read the documentation, but i just can't make it work And also floor tracking in the Camera, so the thing is that it just stays in the floor when I play it in my Quest 3. here are the errors. I guess the first one is the important one, the last one is something I'm doing for testing, and the others i don't really know. As i said, I'm using a Quest 3 headset1.7KViews1like5CommentsDev Dashboard - Unable to add payout account
We are unable to link a bank account to our Developer dashboard. At first it was asking for bank info but never worked. Now it doesn't even ask for any bank info, it just fails. Tried setting a new account which does the same thing. Clicking the "Get payout support" goes to a dead link. We need to add payout information before we can setup IAP assets, etc. We are in Canada if that makes a difference.Solved7.8KViews2likes9CommentsDifferent Graphics for Differnet headsets
Hi, I see that some games offer enhancements based off the device they're running off, for example, walking dead saints and sinners offers quest 3 graphics enhancements now while quest 2 uses the old graphics, my question is how do you package two different versions as one and have it detect the device and adjust base off that560Views0likes1CommentCant see presence

Hi, I can't find anything in the VCR requirements on the Oculus website about support for Quest 1 being a requirement. However, I know I've read more than a few times that apps are getting rejected in App Lab due to Quest 1 support. Is this still in fact a requirement? If so, do you know if we can include a separate APK for the Quest 2 and Quest 1? Thanks in advance1.1KViews0likes1CommentShare app for testing
Hi, I've created an app and I want people in my organization to be able to test it with me. I added one person to the organization and she now has the app in her library on the Quest device (headset) and gets all updates as I push them. I have since added a few more folks to the organization and they do not have the app in their library. Keep in mind that she is not on any 'tester' list as I never did that for her as she had the app in her library after I added her to the Organization (within minutes). I have since tried to add "testers" to go that rout and no one can seem to log in with their test account. I tried it myself as well and no luck, but again 'tester' was not necessary for her at all. Again, I never added a tester the first time. All I did was add my partner as an Organization member and she has the app listed on her headset and on the "Oculus" app on her phone. Can someone please help. Again I would like to stress that I only added her as an Organization member and she had the app listed in her library on her headset and in the app on her phone. We did nothing els from there, it just worked, meaning she had the app listed in her library within minutes. Keep in mind that a factory reset of the headset was not necessary.1.5KViews0likes0Comments
