Unable to update privacy policy link on published app
Hi all, I got an email from Meta saying my app's privacy policy is no longer reachable (404 error). This was due to our app website changing and the privacy policy not being carried over. We have a new link for the privacy policy, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the link on the Oculus Developer site. The app is already published and released on the App Lab store. I tried creating a new App Metadata instance but it will not let me save it at all, citing that the submission has already been approved and cannot be modified. If this is the case, how do I change the App metadata to reflect the new URL for the privacy policy? Meta says they will take my app down tomorrow (Nov 2) if the privacy policy is not updated. However, there is no way that I can see on how to do that. The instructions in the email point to non-existent buttons/links on the Developer site. I am using the website to update this, and not the developer desktop app. I should also note that the new privacy policy link is temporary so our app is not deleted from the app store tomorrow. A more permanent link will be made in due time and updated yet again.
Can't Add IBAN to my dev account
Hello, I am a developer, and my company and I are registered in France. When I try to add our financial information, I keep getting this error: "You've entered an invalid IBAN for the country you've chosen. Please enter a valid one." I’ve tried three different bank accounts, but the error persists. I contacted the support , but after three months, they replied that they’re still working on it. Could you provide any additional information or assistance on this issue? Thank you!
Error in developer verification
We recently received a message on the developer dashboard to update developer verification requirements, and we follow the instructions to pass the requirements (we select "business verification"). Yet, in the final step of verifying the organization email, we always get an error code saying "There was a problem saving your changes. Please wait a few minutes and try again." Please see the attached screenshot. We wait several times and redo the instruction again, yet always fail at the last step. Can you please fix this bug? it now prevents us from updating our apps, which is quite annoying.Unable to track Meta Keys
We're planning a rolled out release of our App Lab app using Meta keys to give to our early users. We thought we would be able to track various campaigns with different sets of keys from the developer dashboard, but our test keys are not showing up at all. Is tracking a feature only available once the app is officially released on app lab? Or only for Quest store apps? Or is it simply not available?
